It's not Verizon's responsibility to warranty something Asurion (UBreakiFix retailer) broke. I'm at a loss and unable to capture precious moments of my baby while stuck in the middle of them pointing blame at each other. I reported this issue to Assurion's Customer Support and I'm told I'll be contacted within 24 hrs. I will never use this store again! The assistant, Thiago, was so determined to get a 5 star review that he took my phone and rated MY experience 5 stars and handed my phone back.
