Don't bother. You're better off driving to Gerlach and eating at Bruno's or at the Denny's less than a mile away. Service, friendly but slooowww. There were only 3 tables when we arrived and only one other table when we left. Food arrived to the table cold after a nearly 40 minute wait. And one order was the wrong entree. Coffee, undrinkable. Heading to Boise ID and stopped here for breakfast. Cute little place with writing on the walls. We also added our own writing on the wall. The one lone waiter was super grit and helpful. When we got there there was only one other couple there. By the time we left the place was packed, all locals other than us, and this guy was zipping around and handling the crowd like a pro. The portions are massive. My daughter in law ordered the pancakes and they hid the large plate beneath them. I hand the Hangover omelette that came with potatoes. Hipster Place on the road to Burning Man! I'm Not a Burner, but I do have a narrow streak of Freak. First time in Sunday mid-morning, about 11:30. 1 cook out 1 cook working, 2 trainees, you could feel the effort in the air! Host was also waiting tables, incredable backlog coping was palatable. First time trying the Squeeze In in Fernley. We've been to every other one in the Reno / Sparks / Truckee region and this one ranks at the top! We were greeted and seated quickly. This is a bit more spacious than other Squeeze's, so a bit quieter and sounding less hectic by all. Our server was great - knowledgeable, fast and friendly. She was able to meet a couple of changes on one order due to allergies, and never let our coffee cups run dry. My visit here was on a Sunday morning, and by the time I left around 9 AM, they were getting rather busy. Walking in, a sign on the door mentioned they were short staffed and a possible 30 minutes could be expected for food. However, Joshua was doing an amazing job working the early guests. Other staff arrived by 9, so I'd assume everything ran smoothly. The Spanish Flay with its Tomatoe Pesto sauce was amazing. First time ever I did not use tobasco sauce on my omelette! The red peppers, chorizo, smoked paprika, and Jack cheese really made this dish pop. Oh, and the serving is rather large, so be prepared. The sourdough bread and potatoes complimented very well. I hadn't had OJ in quite some time, and the OJ they serve here was cold and refreshing. The coffee tasted great, but I DID have to ask for a refill! My Husband and I stopped in here on a Fridag morning. We were promptly seated and we decided to split the Denver omelet. I love that they split it for you. Some people dont like that the omelets are like an egg shell with ingredients inside, I however enjoy that very much. I can choose if I dont want to eat all the egg or not. Plus my husband can pick out any toppings he doesn't enjoy. The cheese sauce makes this place. I am in love It was the perfect amount of food for our days adventures. And our waitress was so nice. 3/13/25 update Arrived at 10am was pretty quiet but filled up slowly but surely. Sarah did a good job managing all of the tables herself ! I recommended the French dip to my friend which she enjoyed. I tried the Blu Moon Chicken salad. I couldn't find a dressing to match all what was going on. It was good and tasty but not the right dressing. Updated review since my original was quite some time ago. I feel bad that this place seems to get a bad rep sometimes and I genuinely do not understand why. We come for breakfast frequently because it's so good and the service is always excellent. I've tried several breakfast items but the omelettes are truly where they shine! read more

Came for brunch. Food was decent. Had the breakfast scramble and my hubby had the weekly special "the morning wood burger" with garlic fries. The scramble was good but lacked flavor needed some seasoning or something added. Very bland. Hubby liked his burger but said the fries had too much garlic on them. Kind of overwhelming to him but good overall. My baby had the fruit cup And it was okay. I personally didn't care for the super mushy fruit that was in it but he loved it. Vibes were good, kind of slow but it's only a Wednesday. Staff was nice however, they were socializing with each other more than paying attention to the tables. Definitely worth giving this place a try if you haven't but be aware that it is kind of pricey. $10 mimosas and the scramble was $17, the burger and garlic fries was $20 and a cup of coffee was $3.99. We went for breakfast on my birthday and were not disappointed! It was our first visit and after checking their menu a few times we we delighted to hear about the small portion Senior Menu. Great hash browns and a perfectly poached egg made my morning. Our server - Sarah - was friendly and professional holding down the place by herself. I would really like a refund back to my visa card account. We got breakfast to go ($66) this morning ordering online. I paid for two hotcakes; we got one. My husband ordered spuds; he got none. My avacado toast was hard and difficult to cut. The turkey breast I paid extra for was dried up ham. Everything was mixed together. It was very unpleasant. No spuds with mine either. The avacado wasn't sliced; it was mushy. We rarely spend money eating out. Including a tip this breakfast was $66 and some change. My husband drove 40 minutes each way. It was not good at all. So overpriced, its ridiculous. This business needs to read this and refund my money. That would be the right thing to do. We are an elderly couple and live on a fixed income. We had decided to splurge but it was a terrible disappointment. I will remove my review if my money is refunded to my visa card. read more

This is the 3rd time I've eaten here. The first 2 times were not great but I thought I would give them one more try because I had always had good food at the Squeeze Ins in Reno and Truckee. This was really bad. The hashbrowns were barely cooked and were extremely greasy and bad tasting, I think the grease was old. The sausage gravy was clearly out of a package and was flavorless. The Carne Asada Eggs benedict was good except for the meat being overcooked. I will not eat here again. read more

Honestly couldn't decide between 2 or 3 stars. Service was spotty and we never received refills on ice tea or coffee. My wife got the basic burger which was pretty basic. Too many places in Fernley to get a better burger, she was disappointed. I got the Spanish Flay, the omelette itself was terrific but the potatoes that come with it were bland and tasteless.
