They lack food but have a history of hosting group and business events. To that end I'm confident they offer a unique experience. I love the set up and location of this place! It's cozy. And you're probably familiar with the statement that if they don't have exactly what you want to drink they'll definitely have something you'll love. Support Local. Go there. You'll have a great time.

The prices are reasonable and the service is amazing!! I went recently and had Rachel and Nash taking care of me and they were amazing. Rachel is so bubbly and radiates happiness! Their drink menu is pretty big, they are an "open" bar but the liquor they use is made locally so they only use one brand so in that way you are limited BUT the drinks are still delicious. I had the Lady's Limoncello which is featured in the little boomerang I posted. They do give you complementary trail mix (not sure what to call it - can also be seen in the background on the video) and I think that's amazing. They don't have a food menu so it's nice to have a little snack while you drink. I came from out of state and I would love to go back. Loved the experience and the staff! Also Rachel makes an amazing pina colada shot!!! It was my friend's birthday and she made us a couple of shots and they were so yummy!!

You should kind of expect a high price, each soft drink refill is charged individually, the food items are à la carte, and side dishes come with an extra cost. Once you get past those idiosyncrasies, they do deliver quite a good steak! I had the 12 oz New York strip which was one of the tastiest I've had in a long time. At $75, it's pricey, and an affordable luxury. The service is wonderful - Lisa made a solid recommendation for dinner, and each piece of silverware was switched out within minutes of using it. The meals overall averaged about $100 per person, we did not have any appetizer or alcohol, so those can push the prices even higher. In season, the streets do seem to fill up quickly, so if you're driving a car in the area plan early to find parking, which can be challenging especially on weekends. Overall, I do recommend this restaurant, noting the high end experience you should expect.

We were quickly seated in one of the smaller dining rooms in the back. The menu offers several appetizers, salads, caviar, steaks and entrees. I opted for the shrimp linguini dish which comes with a pesto sauce. I really liked it. My husband had the New York strip steak and said it was one of the best he has had. We also got the peach Melba for dessert. It was a work of art and very tasty. Service was friendly and professional.

I've had this place bookmarked for awhile and finally decided to give it a try. One of the reasons…read moreI kept putting it off was because I thought the menu didn't look much different from the typical pub fare in the area. But after eating there I found they have curated their own unique versions of the classics. We started with an order of 3's company wings which was a mixture of buffalo, garlic parm, and lemon pepper sauces. The sauce was pretty good but I like my wings crispy and these were not. For dinner I got the Backstage burger and upgraded to poutine fries. Now I'm not the biggest fan of a traditional poutine but I wanted to try it anyway because it looked good. The burger was cooked perfectly and the beef they use is very good. The poutine fries were enormous and apparently only half the size of a full order. If you like poutine you'll probably be into them but I thought the gravy was a little thick and not that flavorful and the cheese curds didn't melt as much as I would have liked. The real sleeper hit though was the Mac & Cheese. I wasn't expecting anything special and was pleasantly surprised. Definitely would come back for that. When we showed up it wasn't too busy but they were full by the time we left and I got the feeling that reservations are preferred.

The bar was full but there were some open tables. The bartender was quick is welcoming us and another server was fast to come to the table and get drink orders. Here is what we ordered: All American Thigh: fried chicken thigh, American cheese, bacon, hot pickles, honey mustard on brioche Backstage Burger: bacon jam and BSP sauce. Farm fresh from highland hollow, Schoharie, NY Chicken Wings w spicy caramel bacon bourbon sauce Espresso Martini Pork Belly Brussel Sprouts: shaved brussel sprouts sautéed with pork belly, garlic, strawberries, walnuts with maple sriracha drizzle. Only things that were a little miss was the chicken wings while a good size could have been crispier for my preference and the chicken for my sandwich could have been seasoned more. I would definitely go back though, my husband loved his burger and was very impressed with their bourbon selection. I also loved the sauce we got on the chicken wings, it was sweet with a little heat.
