This excellent car wash has been on the top of my list for the last several list. The business is well operated. All of the employees that brush down your car prior/during the wash cycle work incredibly hard to make sure your car is clean when you leave. 06/27/2016 This was my first time to use this car wash and I used my credit card because I didn't have any cash - bad idea! After I followed instructions, not only did the car wash not turn on or activate once it had my cc info, BUT MY CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED $12.50 not the $1.75 charge!! Granted the charge is pending, but I tried calling the number I retrieved online (no number on office door!) last night at 8pm (no voice mail option). I just tried calling today 11:45 and still no answer. Hmm... Advice for owner: 1). Post your phone number on your property, 2). Get with the '90's and have the decency to implement some type of voice mail so your customers can communicate with you! read more

I've generally had decent luck at this place in the past, but this weekend was a different story. I specifically go on the weekends so that I can have the guys at the drive through wash do a light scrub before having an automated car wash. One of the two brushes they used this weekend left light clear coat scratches all down one side of my car. One brush was clearly meant for washing cars as it had fine bristles and the other had stiff plastic bristles. I assumed that the guys knew what they were doing since this is a car was, but that was clearly a mistake. I called and left a voice mail to inform them of the problem after seeing the scratches when I got home and have yet to hear anything back from them. Thanks to the crappy car wash, I got to spend my Saturday buffing out the clear coat trying to make some improvement. read more

If I could give no stars or even negative stars I would! When the owner comes at a customer yelling very loudly and threatens to "kill them" because they only pull in to PAY to vacuum their car, without a wash, that's when I draw the line and choose to never return! That's exactly what I witnessed happen to a customer today. I literally can't believe what I heard that owner/manager say and it was completely uncalled for! I will go somewhere else where I feel more safe. Learn how to treat your customers whether they're there for a complete wash or to just vacuum their floor boards/mats and MAYBE you'll get better reviews! read more

I wish I could give ZERO STARS!! I have been coming to this car wash for several months now and have had bad service specifically the last 2 visits. I let it slide the first time in which he yelled at me because I didn't put more money in to use the brush in the diy bay. Needless to say, the manager is EXTREMELY RUDE. This second incident he asked to scrub my car with the brush (the automatic wash), he asks me what I use to clean my tires and he rudely said, "don't use it again" I'm sorry my car was not to your liking! He creepily stared at me as I vacuumed my car. He seems to have such a negative attitude towards women. It's safe to say I will not return here again and I advise everyone to stay far away!! read more

This is the BEST car wash I have ever been to. For $7 they will pre-wash the entire outside of your car with a brush and then give you the deluxe automatic wash with free vacuum. These guys work hard to give you the best wash possible. They don't do full-detailing like some of the other places, but in this price range you get a great scrub on the outside of your car. If you are scraping up quarters for a quick wash, you can always wash your own or do the $3 basic wash. read more

If you read nothing else, know the manager will rip you off! My fiance and I each went here to wash our cars in two separate stalls. We put our quarters in and went about our business washing. The last step in the wash is the spot free rinse. We put in more quarters to finish up with the spot free rinse and...nothing. My hose dripped some goo and my fiance's hose just foamed up. We went into the manager's office to see what the deal was and if we could get the spot free rinse at another stall. His response was, "Nope. none of them are working." We asked him if we could have a few quarters back, as we put more in for more time to allow for spot free rinse. He told us no. That next time we came in, he would put in a couple dollars. First, if he won't give us our money now, what makes us think he will "next time?" Second, who's to say we are ever coming back at all? Nonetheless, we walked out. My mind finally cleared and I realized we were getting hustled. I went back into the office and asked if I could have something in writing saying he would do next time, what he's saying now. He told me no, that he doesn't put anything in writing. I told him that he needed to put it in writing, or give us our money back now. He told me 99% of his customers are repeat customers and they accept what he is telling me now. After some back and forth, he aggressively swiped some quarters that were sitting on his desk into his hand and practically threw them at me and told me "Here! now get the hell out of here!" It was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE and aggressive, but I thought to myself to stay calm, that I got my reimbursement, which is what I wanted and started to walk out (still knowing I would never go back). As I was walking out of the office he said, "F***ing B*tch." I turned back around and asked him to repeat what he just called me. That's when he stood up and told me again to get the hell out of his office or he is going to call the police on me. I asked him what his name was and he refused to tell me. I asked if he was the manager and he said yes but stil wouldn't give his name. I had done nothing wrong so I told him to go ahead and call the cops. I stood there with arms crossed and watched him tell the 911 operator that I threatened to attack him (keep in mind I am a 5'5" white female and he's a 6 foot tall, 240 lb male). My fiance hears the commotion and comes over at this point. I tell him what happened and he asked the manager if he called me a b*tch? Then, the manager says to the 911 operator, "OH! Now her husband is threatening me!" Unbelievable...So we had a seat and waited for the cops to arrive. As we waited the manager slowly started to come around and realize what he had done. First he told us we could go, that he wouldn't take our license plate #s or give them to the cops when they arrived. We told him no thanks, he called the cops and we are going to wait until they arrive to give our statement. He also told us that he has been manager there for 10 years and has never called the cops. Which, now i find VERY hard to believe, as there is another post on here where he threatened to call the cops on another lady. Cop arrived, we told him our stories, he learned everything was resolved as we got our money back (even before the cops were called) and nothing got physical. Complete waste of his time and our tax dollars. As we left, "AL," we later learned was his name, told me that he was sorry it got to this point and I can come back and get the $9 wash on the house! I told him thanks, but we were not ever coming back. This guy has no respect for his customers, let alone women, and is teaching his 16 year old son the same bad business practices (who was present throughout the altercation). I will stay FAR away from this place and will strongly recommend everyone I know to do the same. read more

I have used this car wash many times in the past...I go to this car wash for its convenience (I live in the area) and because it always has stalls open, at least when I visit the place. I have four vehicles (including a truck), so, needless to say, I use these coin DIY services for washing my vehicles. This Saturday (April 19), I was washing my pick up truck (which I admit was filthy with leaves from my live oak tree) and one of the operators of this place (I'm assuming it was the manager) came out and asked me if I was okay with "making a mess" as I was washing my truck. I was taken aback to his question, and I gave him a "puzzled look", thinking to myself, "this guy's got to be kidding". He continued by saying in a sarcastic way, "I'm just asking, are you okay with making a mess?" I replied, "isn't this a car wash? Aren't all cars dirty when they bring them to get washed?". His response was, "some car washes have signs that state 'Do not make a mess'", (which i found hard to believe). My parting words were, "I don't see a sign here...perhaps you should post one". I finished washing my truck...and went on my way. Obviously, I won't be back again. And those of you who do use this car wash in the future, make sure you don't make a mess, unless you want the manager/mess-patrol to give you an earful. read more
