I am very happy with this company, the tec did an awesome job on our 2" blinds. I believe the Tecs name was Gary, after removing 8 blinds cleaning letting them dry, he did a wonderful job cleaning the same 8 Windows, rehanging the blinds and asking if the job met with our approval. I decided to try them again, as they had done our windows multiple times, and only once were we not satisfied. I called to schedule a window cleaning, with emphasis on the tracks and frames. The estimate was reasonable and the scheduling was quick. Dana came again to clean, and he was nice and courteous. He brought a brush for the tracks, and told me to let him know if there was anything I saw that needed a more thorough clean. When I did find some places, he was pleasant about touching them up, which I found much easier. We will have them clean our windows next year. read more

I have lived in my house for almost 17 years, and have never had my windows professionally clean...only by random individuals whom I paid way too much to do a horrible job! I had used Squeaky Clean several times before moving into this house, and decided it was now time to bring in the big guns. The result was absolutely stunning--almost like I was looking through windows that had no glass. The scary part is that I can now see my neighbors, and they can see me! I also had the dryer vent cleaned, and it sure needed it (poor tech ended up looking like a fluffy towel!). Very, very pleased with Squeaky Clean. Hired squeaky clean to wash out windows. We did the $120 package. Not only did they not put the screens that were brand new back in window they didn't clean all the windows. This was a Friday and the guy said he was done for the day. In order to get them to finish the 1st job we would need to give the another $120 to get them back out. We put the screens on and cleaned the rest our selves. The water stains would be another $70. R u kidding me! Isn't that called cleaning the window. Anyway maybe. The next house we will use someone else. These guys have no pride in there work. Save your money read more

Project: Powerwash Exterior Surfaces In addition to not showing up when they promised to show up, they showed up on a Sunday without communicating to me they would be there the following day. They left some work undone and some other work performed poorly. To be fair, the siding is 25 years old, and while I wasn't expecting miracles pressure washing this siding, their bottom line seems to be , to get paid for billable hours regardless of how well the work was performed. Their communication skills improved greatly, when I asked them to reduce the amount of the bill, as they had a ready responses to my objections. They did take 35.00 off the bill for not showing up on the day they told me they would show up. This job was worth $250 - 300 at most. not $435. NOTE: to those reading this , I have written precious few reviews in my life and they have been positive , as well as pleasure to write about.. This company's communication skills, customer service, and work ethic left much to be desired. To sum it up, I feel cheated. Let the buyer beware read more

The SQ Technician came out on time to clean gutters and inspect for problems. I watched as the Tech used water hose pressure to wash out dirty gutters and did not use any tool to remove the mud debris and old leaves. The SQ Tech merely shoved the mud debris and leaves down the drain spout opening. Whatever did not go down the drain spout, he used a stick-like rod to shove the materials down the drain spout and water hose pressure to clean the gutter. I now have clogged underground drain pipes that do not drain water off but now back up water into the clean out/drain openings. I am working to clear the obstruction(s) in the drain pipe(s). It's not fun. To say I won't be calling SQ Cleaners back for more gutter cleaning is an understatement. read more

I called to make an appointment for what I presumed would be a few days later and they said they could be to my house in 20 minutes! And Dana was right on time too. Very Disappointed. I had my schedule, from a month ago, for last Saturday at 10am. As matter of fact, the appointment was confirmed on Thursday. No body showed up and I kept calling the office but there were no one to answer. Finally at 1pm, someone called me saying he wouldn't make it and need to reschedule because of another job!!!!. The office called me yesterday to reschedule but I explained to them that what happened was not professional and no one buzzard to call me at 10am to even apologize and don't make me wait. I asked to speak to the manager or the owner and till now I didn't receive any call form them. read more

very disappointed. waited 10 days for an appointment which is no big deal but they called the morning of and swiched our time frame. once they arrived they quoted a different price than what I was told over the phone. the gentleman who arrived to clean stated price was per pane..... not per window they did do screens and tracks which was nice, but they failed to clean up after themselves. They broke my window while cleaning it and then would not pay for the window. Terrible customer service..Would not recommend their service to anyone! The owner claims that there already was a bb gun mark on the window and he would not replace the window because of this. What actually happened is the employee failed to tell me about the small mark on the window as he was supposed to do before cleaning the window. The employee cleaned the window and it cracked. I called and spoke with the secretary and she said that yes, the employee is supposed to let me know about any mark on the window before cleaning it. The owner is not willing to replace my window, even though it was his employee who cracked it. The owner said that I was going to tell everyone about this, of course I would so that another person does not have to go through what I have gone through with this company... I've always cleaned my windows myself. Problem is they all don't get done at the same time. So I decided to try a service. I know these guys have been in the area for years so I gave them a try. Great service. Damien was on time, polite and went the extra mile to help me take down my front porch light so I could clean it. Windows look great. AND the best part is, the window tracks. The men were early which helped me out greatly and worked promptly. My windows look great which is what I needed for pictures as putting the house on the market. Squeaky Clean cleaned my gutters in late October. I noticed sometime in mid-November that one downspout was not draining and that the run-off was coming from the gutter, leaving water to pool up around the foundation of the house. I was initially told that the water was pooling up because there was a clog in the underground extension. So I attached a new extension. The water, however, continues to spill over the gutter. I called Squeaky Clean a couple of days ago and was told that the technician who cleaned the gutters would call me the following day. He did not call. When I called to follow up, I was told that there would be an additional $65 charge over and above the $180 that was paid. I believe that the technician, Ron, did not clear the downspout because he thought that the problem was with the underground extension. I would have remained a customer with Squeaky Clean if they had shown that they cared about making sure they had not been negligent. read more
