I can't say enough nice things about these guys. Will is always super responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. I had him do gutter guards and some gutter repairs a few years back and they are going strong. Last week I had a roof tile blow off in a big windstorm. He responded to me almost immediately and was out two days later to fix the tile. Quick fix, fair price. He shows up when he says, is extremely responsive and fairly priced. Thanks so much Will and team, you are great to work with and anytime someone asks about roofing/gutters/etc I send them your way. read more

Will was responsive, punctual, and gave a fair price. We experienced damage to the roof due to recent storm. They were quick to respond and quick to provide a fair estimate for the job. Job was completed on time. Very happy with Will and highly recommend this locally owned company. read more

After another business never responded to my estimate request for a new roof, I reached out to Morgan Precision Roofing. Will was extremely responsive and communicative throughout our whole interaction and walked me through the process and gave frequent updates as we waited for the rainy spring weather to subside. The estimate was very fairly priced. The crew was timely every day and respectful of everything, making sure to clean up every day (I have a dog so it was important to make sure the backyard was still ok for him). I was planning for some surprises to add to the cost. They fixed some dryrot and installed a vent for us, but only charged for materials for the vent and so it really didn't change significantly from the estimate which was great. They were honest, hardworking, respectful and I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Getting a new roof is a huge expense and can be stressful, and the team did an amazing job making sure it was as pain-free as possible. I couldn't recommend Morgan Precision Roofing enough - they were fantastic! If I need anything further I will definitely be contacting them again. read more

Will and his crew did a great job re-roofing my sister's home. His was the quote that I felt most comfortable with and he did what he said he would without ever pushing for mark-ups. He explained everything to us in detail, used quality materials, stayed on schedule, pulled the permits for us and sent photos of every step of the job. Morgan Precision Roofing was very easy to work with at all levels and Will is a man of his word. Not one complaint. Stan H. read more

We painted our home and wanted to upgrade the 20 year old gutters. We called Will from Morgan Precision Roofing. He promptly came out and we received a quote within a few days. We hired Will and are really glad that we did. He was easy to work with and went above and beyond to work around our remodel schedule. Finally our home was ready for gutters. Will and his Son spent 2 days installing 7" BLACK gutters. They built them onsite and did an amazing job. Our new new gutters complete our farmhouse look! Will and his Son were easy to work with. They are very honest, reliable, and hard workers. We loved supporting this local business and would definitely hire them again. Thank you Ps.....they do roofing too! read more

Today the Precision Roofing Team corrected a minor warranty repair on the roof which was causing a vent to leak. Will installed the roof several years ago, and this is the only issue we've had with it. His work is really solid, and this service reminded me why I like Will and his team so much! Easy to work with, good communication and they stand behind their work! I can't ask for anything more. read more

The rainy season's coming, and we wanted to know if the roof needed to be repaired while also doing a gutter cleaning. Will came out on time and after inspecting the roof and gutters, he said there were no broken tiles and gutters weren't full. Thus, we and Will didn't think any work needed to be done. We were impressed with his candor and professionalism. We'd definitely call Will for future work and highly recommend Morgan Precision Roofing ! read more

I am so grateful for Will! He saved us this winter! We never had any roof leaks/issues prior to this past winter's record rainfall, but those storms exposed some roof vulnerabilities. Roof repair was in super high demand, but gratefully, Will was quick to reply and schedule with us within his high volume of calls and repaired our roof between the storms. His inspection/assessment was as thorough as his work! Almost as soon as he was done, the rains came again, and our roof passed that "water test" with flying colors! Thanks again Will! Take care friend! read more

Will did such a great job, he came out assessed our roof, was very honest in letting us know that it did not need to be replaced even even though we thought it did!!! He gave us a quote for repairs, and came out as soon as the weather had cleared up to do them. Super great guy and very happy with the service. read more

A little over a year after our roof was installed, we had Will and his crew out to install our new gutters. As before, Will and his crew are on time, worked very hard, and finished our new gutters, downspouts, leaf guards, re-roofed our well house, and helped install our attic fan in less than a week. The pricing was more than fair and the work was exceptional. If you are looking for an outstanding roofer and competitive pricing, do not hesitate to hire Will! read more

After I called, they sent Jed out that afternoon. Jed was very personable and did a fantastic job. Our house is tri-level with a lot of gutters. I asked Jed to remove all the gutter guards that were creating a problem, and he did. Afterward, he cleaned the gutters and blew the pine needles off. After he blew the pine needles off the roof, he cleaned the decks of the pine needles and removed all the metal gutter guards. He is a hard worker and a credit to the company. Morgan Precision Roofing - Roofing Near Me

Will and his son just came in like knight in shining armors to do an emergency repair for us and again- super grateful and impressed! We experienced our first heavy rain since moving into our house and unfortunately noticed a leak in our laundry room closet. Even better (Note sarcasm) was a dripping sound we were hearing in the ceiling of the closet. Any home owners nightmare. Who knows what kind of damage that could be doing! I emailed Will right away and he called me within minutes (literally). He wanted to help us diagnose and repair the issue as quickly as possible since not only is a second storm on its' way, but Christmas is next week. He came and looked at our roof as soon as the snow cleared, devised a plan, and was here to work on it 2 days later. It is such a relief to have this taken care of but even more of a relief to know we have such a trustworthy and awesome business on our side for any future roofing needs. Thanks again, Morgan Precision Roofing! read more

Cannot recommend them enough! Have you ever had a contractor show up when they say they would? Will does. Want a fair price and get your work done in a timely fashion, this is the place. Any work I need done on my roof, Will and Morgan Precision Roofing will be doing it. Replace metal in one leaking valley and inspected and cleaned the rest of them (there is a lot of them). Got it done in a day and made it happen before the forecasted rain. As long as he is in business, he's my roof guy. read more

Had them out to assess gutters and hole in eave due to a branch falling on our gutter. I received a quote agreed to a price and he did the gutters fine but ignored the hole in the eave. When I questioned why he said I didn't tell him about that. The reason I called a roofing company instead of a gutter company was because of this repair. It was quite obvious that needed to be part of the job and he totally ignored it saying I didn't tell him. The repair would have taken minimal time but Will chose to ignore it. read more

Will Morgan came to our home 48 hours after initial contact, climbed on our roof, inspected the flashing around our wood stove pipe, repaired the holes that resulted from wear-and-tear, one week later. Thank you, Will, for your excellent service. No more dripping on our wood stove! read more

Will installed new gutters on our house because our old ones were rotted and broken. He gave us a lot of options for gutters, downspouts etc. and a very fair quote. Will was the absolute best to work with, from the initial inspection, to helping us determine what work we could afford and putting in the hard work when installing. We had a tight budget for our roof as we had just bought our house. He gave a very fair price and was willing to work with our needs. The roof turned out amazing and we even received compliments from our neighbors. We weren't able to afford gutters this time around but he makes his own high quality gutters and we will definitely come back to him once we are ready. Thanks so much Will, we really appreciate your hardwork and can't wait to work with you again in the future! read more

Will Morgan is very responsive. He contacted me right away and came out to give an estimate to clean my gutters and put on gutter guards. Will showed up when he said he would and provided an estimate promptly. Will worked around my work schedule to do the work on my home. Will is responsible and a hard worker, he did the work himself. I am very happy with the work that was done. I would highly recommend Will Morgan for your roofing needs. If I need a roofer again I will definitely be contacting him to do the work. Will Morgan did an excellent job repairing my roof. In spite of the fact he was extremely busy, with looming rain, Will came out on a Saturday morning and covered the damaged area my roof. Will Morgan and his crew just completed some excellent work for us - replacing the roof on our home and a detached building, including rain gutters on both. We had some tree damage, but the roof on the house was well over twenty years old, so we had Will replace the roofs before the rainy season begins. Everything worked out great - the old shingles were gone in a few hours, and the new ones went up in just a few days. The work site was left clean, and the roofs look great! We highly recommend Morgan Precision Roofing. read more

Great service as well as consulting. We had a shake roof and we wanted to see if we could get more out of our roof before we would have to replace it with a composite. Will Morgan gave us an idea how long the rest of our roof would last. He gave us a temporary fix to buy us some time, and he was exact on his timeline. We had Will come back and do our roof with a composite, and we loved it. Fast service, on time, reliable, and very knowledgeable. If you choose to have Morgan Precision Roofing do you roof or any other type of work, he is a straight shooter, and you will be happy with his work. read more

When it comes to putting a new roof on your house and/or new gutters, I highly recommend Morgan Precision Roofing. The owner, Will Morgan, is very informative and honest. I received 3 quotes to put a new roof and new gutters on my house and I had seen the workmanship of all 3 of the bidders. Two of the bidders had large crews to pay for and it was definitely represented in their price. Will's price and workmanship was excellent! He used the same quality of product as the others and performed the work himself (ensuring consistent workmanship). Will was always on time and watching the weather to ensure that nothing would be ruined. I highly recommend Morgan Precision Roofing to all! read more

Morgan roofing did a great job on a roof repair. Will gave me a competitive free estimate for the work. The work was done quickly and looks great. My house and property was left clean and free of debris. Will repaired a section of roof with dry rot and installed new flashing around the chimney. Will showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would, and completed the work when he said he would. I will definitely use Morgan roofing again when I have future roofing needs and strongly recommend this company. read more

We interviewed 4 roofers before deciding on Will Morgan. The existing roof removal was done in less than half a day, they spread out tarps to catch all the debris, and left the yard really clean. Will came the following day and installed the paper, including doing some dry rot work. He and his crew spent the next 2+ days to complete the job and did a great job. He made a few suggestions about adding more ventilation in the eaves and near the peak which I am very happy about, they didn't cost much and I think they were worth the price. I highly recommend Morgan Roofing! Great people with great attitudes, responsible and hard working. read more

My roof had a leak and i needed to get it repaired. The person i originally had to come out and do the job never called me back so while in my office on a Friday i saw a couple guys working on my neighbors roof. After i gave up on the first company i walked over and talked to Will. After he finished that job he came over and gave me a qoute and was on the job that Monday. Will and his helper came early in the morning and did the repair. They did a great job! Highly recommended. :) read more

Will Morgan owner of Morgan Precision Roofing, is amazing! My husband and I would highly recommend this company anytime. We have several projects going on at our property with many different contractors. Will is a refreshing change from the normal run of the mill contractors who are often unreliable, untimely, disheveled, and unprofessional. Will responded promptly, arrived on time, cleaned up, and completed the job under schedule with awesome results! He and his crew quickly repaired our roof and installed gutters and even assisted with doing a little touch up painting. We are extremely happy with everything. The price for the repair was fair. We are more than satisfied with Will! Fast, efficient, dedicated, personable, true to his word and more than fair! Not at all like some contractors we've dealt with. read more

Let start with ,I'm a general contractor. So when someone says they will be here or there at a given time thats what should happen. And it did! Will put my roof on and did the tear off and left the place clean. The roof went on about six months ago. We have had about three(3) snow falls of about two(2) feet , heavy rains and wind and no problems. We passed inspection first go. P.s. I roofed for about five years and when I looked the roof over I couldn't find a thing I would have done different . Will also came by on his weekend to do the estimate. Thanks Will read more

No one really wants to part with the money it costs for a new roof, but when it is time you really only have one choice, which is what roofing contractor you hire for the job. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Will Morgan from Morgan Precision Roofing. I got five bids for my roof from local companies. While the bid from Morgan Precision Roofing was the not the lowest (it was the second lowest by $300), it was the best value based on the work to be done, including tearing off the old roof, adding ventilation to the attic space to prolong the life of the roof, using premium Owens-Corning roofing shingles, painting all the roof jacks to match the color of the roof, and replacing a downspout. Will Morgan is a very experienced roofer and was extremely easy to work with. He was on site every day working on the roof himself and supervising the rest of his regular crew (not hired day laborers like some companies use). Will did everything he said he was going to do, and showed up when he said he would. He and his crew worked diligently, paid great attention to the details, and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. At all times, they were professional and polite. I was extremely happy with the whole process of working with Will, and I got an excellent new roof installed right. In speaking with Will after the job was done, he told me he aims to treat his customers' homes as if it were his own. In my experience, he treated my home exactly that way, and I can give my highest recommendation for Morgan Precision Roofing to anyone needing a roofing contractor. read more
