The crew was timely every day and respectful of everything, making sure to clean up every day (I have a dog so it was important to make sure the backyard was still ok for him). I was planning for some surprises to add to the cost. After I called, they sent Jed out that afternoon. Jed was very personable and did a fantastic job. Our house is tri-level with a lot of gutters. When I questioned why he said I didn't tell him about that. The reason I called a roofing company instead of a gutter company was because of this repair. We interviewed 4 roofers before deciding on Will Morgan. The existing roof removal was done in less than half a day, they spread out tarps to catch all the debris, and left the yard really clean. Let start with ,I'm a general contractor. So when someone says they will be here or there at a given time thats what should happen. And it did! While the bid from Morgan Precision Roofing was the not the lowest (it was the second lowest by $300), it was the best value based on the work to be done, including tearing off the old roof, adding ventilation to the attic space to prolong the life of the roof, using premium Owens-Corning roofing shingles, painting all the roof jacks to match the color of the roof, and replacing a downspout. Will Morgan is a very experienced roofer and was extremely easy to work with. He was on site every day working on the roof himself and supervising the rest of his regular crew (not hired day laborers like some companies use). Will did everything he said he was going to do, and showed up when he said he would.
