A few days before the appointment, Kyle, the technician, called to make sure he understood exactly what I was looking for. He was attentive, responsive, and professional throughout the process and arrived on time for the inspection. Kyle thoroughly inspected my concrete tile roof and then walked me through his findings in a clear, approachable, and professional manner. He showed me the photos he had taken and explained what he was seeing. He even repositioned a concrete roof tile that had shifted out of place and reconnected a gutter hook that had come loose during the inspection. Afterward, he sent me a link to clear, high-resolution photos from the inspection. Most importantly, he was honest and straightforward in letting me know that my roof did not need any repair or maintenance work at this time. I really appreciated the professionalism, thoroughness, communication, and transparency. I would highly recommend Straight Line Roofing, and especially Kyle, to anyone looking for a roof inspection or evaluation.

**Above and beyond roofing work -- highly recommend!**…read more Jason Hope, Cris Espinoza, and Tommy did an outstanding job on our roof. They set clear expectations from the start and communicated well throughout the entire project. They worked hard and were completely responsible and accountable. At one point they accidentally broke a skylight, but instead of cutting corners, they went above and beyond to get it repaired properly and made it right. They also cleaned up thoroughly after every single day of work, which we really appreciated. The finished roof looks even better than it did before. I also want to recognize Jose and Adrian. When the inspector required additional work on the roof, Jose took the time to clearly explain the cost differences so we knew exactly what we were paying for and why. I had a lot of questions about the cost breakdown for the sheeting, and it was pretty confusing to me, but Jose was so patient and kept explaining it different ways until it finally clicked. Adrian set us up with our initial consultation and spent over an hour working through pricing with us to get us a great deal. He respected my budget and kept it at the forefront the whole time, which made me feel truly seen and heard. Anytime I had a question or needed help with financing, he was there for me. This whole team was trustworthy, detail-oriented, and easy to work with from the first consultation to the final walkthrough. Highly recommend!!!

He was recommended by one of my neighbors and I will forever recommend him to anyone that needs a roof put on! John was on time to each meeting, he was well prepared, he brought his experience and knowledge to the table with a great sense of humor. We had to wait on a few things with insurance, he gave us the time and space we needed to get things done without any pressure. John made the drive to meet with the adjuster to give his professional opinion on the conditions of the previous roof. We had other quotes but Johns was the best option by far. Once we were sure that we could do it, John came right out with samples and we chose a color. Within 2 weeks of choosing a color the roof was finished. We're thrilled with how it turned out and love the color. John came back and removed a few things, and installed what we needed with no charge.
