For starters, the inside of the store is beautiful and clean, with a huge selection of luxury bath and kitchen appliances to admire. I was warmly greeted by Sheila, who was extremely kind and helpful. I briefly explained the exploding shower head tragedy, and after a quick look in the back, she retrieved a beautiful shower head. At first glance, it seemed a little outside my budget. After expressing my concerns, Sheila gave me a more than generous offer without hesitation. I'm truly grateful for the experience I had today. I asked a sales clerk about it, showed him the website with model number, but he wasn't sure if it would be available. He asked for my name and number to follow up so I gave him a business card. I have a hard time believing he NEVER called me back. I think CR does have a lot of products and it is fun to see all the toys we chefs like to play with. And yet as far as pizza is concerned I've been underwhelmed by their offerings for variety and depth. Now that's understandable. Not calling someone back is not understandable and on the verge of unforgivable. Of course it happens, but makes for such a poor reputation that why would you go back.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Santa Monica Ferguson Home showroom this afternoon…read more I had a scheduled appointment with Marinell at 3:30 PM. I arrived on time, checked in at the front desk, and was told I could browse the showroom while they let her know I had arrived. The showroom was very quiet--there were actually more sales associates than customers, with several sitting at their desks--yet no one approached me to ask if I needed help. I wasn't concerned at first since I had an appointment. After about 10 minutes, I checked back in with reception and was told Marinell was "wrapping up a phone call." I sat in the small waiting area next to the front desk. While waiting, I overheard another sales associate remark to the receptionist something along the lines of, "I don't know why Marinell does this--she knows she has an appointment and keeps chatting on the phone," which suggested this might not be an isolated occurrence. At 3:43 PM, I went back to the desk and explained that if she wasn't available by 3:45 (a reasonable 15-minute grace period), I would have to leave. I had other appointments scheduled that afternoon. I was again told she would be "right over." She never came. At 3:45, I left. This was especially frustrating because I was prepared to spend a significant amount of money on a bathroom remodel and had specifically made the appointment to start that process. With multiple sales associates present and the showroom nearly empty, it was surprising that no one stepped in to assist. The overall experience felt unprofessional and dismissive, and the atmosphere came across as somewhat indifferent to customers' time. I expected better from a showroom with Ferguson's reputation. Unfortunately, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

He showed me all the different options and their functions, including the awesome demo station where he was able to show me the pressure and functions in person which I thought was great! That's really nice that they have that in the showroom. Ozzy is very knowledgeable and he provided great customer service! Some of the pieces are not cheap but they offer a lifetime warranty which we really love. There were so many beautiful items to see and choose from. I also like the fact that you can mix a match faucet and knobs, etc. What a fun store!

She was knowledgable, friendly, and thorough. What stood out was how helpful she was and her willingness to go above-and-beyond. She researched compatibility across different Kohler products, got the warranty team involved when we needed answers, and stayed with it until we had the right part ordered. I've dealt with a lot of vendors during my remodel and this was hands down the best experience. Definitely ask for Alicia.
