Very pleased with Sterling!…read more You don't appreciate a good contractor until you've had a bad one. And these guys are GREAT. My garage was in pretty rough shape, partially due to age, and partially due to the poor craftsmanship of the roofing company I hired before Sterling. The guys at Sterling came in and fixed everything. New foundation, new roof, mold removed and treated, new back wall construction, added side entry door, new wiring, new drywall, new garage door opener. My garage looks awesome now. I used to go in there and try not to get bitten by black widows. Now I spend a couple hours in there working every weekend, and I don't worry about any of my tools or belongings getting damaged by water anymore either. They had excellent customer service, always responded to my messages promptly (often within 5 minutes or less). The project manager came out multiple times per week to make sure everything was on schedule and going okay, and it honestly seemed like he would drop anything to come out if I had any questions or concerns and walk through the project with me. My house is from the 1930's, so I will likely have more projects in the future, and when I do, I will definitely call Sterling first.

THEY were the ones who offered me money to take it down stating: "what will it take? What is the $ you want to take down the review?" He started showing me what it would cost at Home Depot thinking I didn't know they got the materials @wholesale for a cheaper price in Riverside. Why didn't he show me the receipt for the materials? The truth is, he bought cheap materials and charged clients an arm and a leg. So why should I take the reviews down, they left cement stains for me to clean, posts are still scratched and chip (see photos) and left the door unbalanced? I rather leave the Yelp reviews, not receive any money back than being manipulated by this man (Now more than ever). It is my duty to inform fellow citizens so they don't get cheated like I was. The reimbursement was agreed upon and as always, he NEVER kept his word. Now he is implying I blackmailed him. VICIOUS LIES! Buyers BEWARE !

I had the best experience with Zack's team and will invite them back for any future remodeling…read moreefforts. We hired them to take over three projects that my original contractor team was slow and unable to complete, and Zack did this in record time and with great professionalism. First, he helped to water proof and re-do a patio roof deck - when unforeseen difficulties arose, he flagged the issue early and went out of the way to accommodate the issue. Second, he also helped to sand down and polish the concrete floors in our kitchen and living room, and the result is gorgeous! He also helped remodel a downstairs bathroom by creating two rooms out of one. Throughout this process, Zack was very communicative - he never had us guessing when his team was going to arrive, he told us (first time home owners) what to expect, advised us of cost expectations up front, and, most critically, got the job done professionally and very quickly. Even in the time of labor shortages and COVID-related shortages, he managed expectations and delivered. He is very knowledgeable on what can and cannot be done - and we're so happy with the result.

We loved what he did so much we asked him for an estimate to redo our driveway...again, he had great design ideas and it came out amazing. Maybe the most important thing, besides the quality of the work, is how he always is responsive to texts, gives almost daily updates, and his workers are really lovely and talented. I could not be happier with my experience with this relatively new company.
