We left STUFFED and still have leftovers. The potatoe was HUGE, soft and well seasoned. The el toco burger was good also. We had the crab meat, crawfish and shrimp. Believe it or not, we enjoyed the wedge fries also! The service was great and the workers are very attentive. Family owned and friendly people! We could not get through to place an order to go but dine in didn't take long either.

Quick and friendly service. Potato was great and loaded to the max with everything. I was surprised to find out they started charging for butter since my last visit butttt it's understandable so besides that 10/10.

Wow. This quaint little restaurant is tucked away in a corner, but it's worth venturing out to. I had the Bucking Bronco baked potato. It was so good. I wouldn't have thought that barbeque on a potato would be so divine. The potato was huge. To say it was loaded was an understatement. I couldn't even eat it all. The price was reasonable. The service was good. The waitress was attentive and prompt at getting my order. The wait for my food was relatively quick as well. I was thoroughly satisfied with my meal and experience. I will return.

Stopped in this little gem. We wanted something different, cheap and with a little NOLA flair. This met all of our requirements and more. They had a constant flow of people which is also a good sign. The service was superb as the waitress was friendly snd very attentive. I would not call this a destination place but definitely a place if I lived close I would frequent often. I had the chicken delight. It had all of the elements as described and full of flavor. The potato was also large like I expected based on other reviews. My daughter had the super duper. I had to sample it with an obligatory Dad bite. It was also good but if I had a choice I would go chicken delight first. The rolls were okay and nothing amazing.

Listen....potatoes are my guilty pleasure. So I was 10000% excited to try Spudly's! I'm glad I did because it was really good. The portion size is huge-- I didn't even make a dent in my meal at the restaurant. There was plenty for me to take home. I had the "Super Duper" which contains cheese, chives, crawfish tails, shrimp, and crab meat. At the time, they were out of crab, but they compensated by loading extra shrimp and crawfish. The only down side was that the potato was not seasoned, so I had to doctor it up with some salt and pepper. After that, it was great!

Super Duper & Seafood skins w crawfish

Always seen the commercials & finally decided to give it a try. Its a small blue unique tucked away location on the service road. We ordered the Super Duper that was loaded with crab meat, shrimp and crawfish. Its covered with cheese sauce and chives a winning combination. Also ordered the seafood spud skins w crawfish. Unfortunately it wasn't as good overall. The inside was cheesy crawfish bliss but it was severely over cooked really burned only about 65% of each were edible. I definitely wouldn't recommend the skins. The service was friendly and food arrived fast. Had to give 3 stars due to the burned skins the 2 remaining skins i had to throw out once i got home as they were not edible

Super Duper spud. $13.99 Good food. Only recommendation is double down on your meat.

Amazing portions! Very filling. Only gave 4 stars because each topping has a price. Chives, bacon etc..

There's a decent sized parking lot here and the interior and outside grounds are very well kept. We chose to sit outside, plenty of seating with shade for most. Starting off with shrimp toast and heirloom tomatoes was a good start to our lunch experience. I ordered the chicken sandwich and my wife got the fresh pasta. We were blown away by both dishes. Juicy chicken with peppers on ciabatta bread and fries to write home about. The pasta was in pesto that seemed freshly made and the grilled chicken thighs we added was fantastic. Thoroughly impressed with the food here but only second to our waiter as far as the total experience. It was a bearded young gentleman, I didn't catch his name but he took care of us and was very attentive. Completely impressed with this establishment and I'd recommend any and all to check this place out.

Thinking it couldn't be the one I used to go to 30 years ago I looked them up and sure enough they are carrying on the tradition of the original crazy Johnnie's. So happy. Stopped in on the second day here. Glad I did. Went around lunchtime and the parking lot was pretty full but I found a spot up front. Sat at the bar since I was eating alone. I was greeted by just about everyone I saw. Quick look at the menu and I ordered the bbq shrimp and of course the steak sandwich. One knock I will give them is I ordered tea and they were out. So I ordered lemonade. There were out. Settled for a Barq's. That ain't really settling but I didn't want soda. And water wasn't gonna cut it. So on to the bbq shrimp. Huge prawns. About 6 of them. Easy to peel. They come with French bread to dip. Very tasty. The sauce leaned more into a bbq sauce flavor which I usually don't like but I absolutely didn't mind. These were on point. Then the steak sandwich. I remember back in the day the meat was cubed but the way they cut it is fine. And they still had the steak sauce they used back then. So good. If I had remembered I would have done without the sauce that comes on it so I could just have the steak sauce but it was fine. So good. Worth the visit. I'll definitely be stopping in every time I return and living that nostalgia. They are hitting the mark with this revival.

The happy hour filet po'boy was the standout we ordered it without the bread and paired it with green beans and mashed potatoes, and it absolutely delivered. The filet was cooked perfectly, tender and full of flavor, and the sides were comforting and well executed. But the real star of the show was John behind the bar. He was cooking up drinks with confidence and personality, making the whole experience fun and engaging without ever feeling over the top. Great conversation, great recommendations, and excellent service. Happy hour, great food, and an even better bar experience we'll definitely be back and sitting at the bar again.

It is a large space with a long bar as you walk in. When I went, the host/tess was located all the way inside the restaurant, so you walk the length of the restaurant to be greeted and seated by the host. I made my way down to her and she seated me right away. I asked for a water and an Irish coffee. She was not sure they had the glassware for an Irish coffee, but she checked with the bartender. And he was able to conjure up something as I was the first person to ask for one. I was a little surprised by that since they offer Irish breakfasts, but either way, I was very appreciative of his going above and beyond for me to make it work. He even asked which whiskey I wanted and had to search for some brown sugar for me. Very accommodating. The Irish breakfast came out and it was so good. The chef came out to speak with me too, I let him know I loved everything but the beans. He mentioned he was trying it out, as it is authentic, but knows it could be tweaked. I did love the marmalade, homemade marmalade on the dish, so good! I enjoyed the sausage - bangers and pudding - as well. So authentic and good! I felt like I was back in Ireland. Just needed some sheep to bahhh by. I do wish the hostess/waitress would have checked in on me more, my water was never refilled and I needed napkins as I had sticky fingers from that amazing marmalade jam. I plan to come back and bring some friends or out of friends, as I miss my Peppermill and this restaurant, I find, is a pretty good replacement - with Irish coffees and all. And proceeds go towards charity. How great is that! I hope they made the Irish coffee a permanent option on the menu before I come back!
