My story mis understanding, mailed my payments to 4655 Lakeshore Blvd. in error, paid the steep late fees and all rent, but felt physically threatened and that my storage unit items or boat was in harm from his encounters with me. Owner is reckless, dangerous and should be reported to the police! Despite being paid up, he evicted me and placed double locks on my unit. Upon my exit, he even drove by like a creepier, when i was removing my boat. This is a dangerous place... do not rent from them! He deserves to go out of business for his conduct and character!
