Frankly I hate the new company that bought them, they have dramatically increased the rates and are now much more corporate and while the staffs amazing friendly service is still there, the new rules are tying them from actually providing customer service as well as they could before. The staff are the only thing that makes this place still a viable choice in Ukiah.

They knew exactly how to navigate the traffic patterns, tricky parking in our old neighborhood, and even handled a last-minute change in schedule without any hiccups. What really stood out was how carefully they packed and moved our things. They treated our belongings like their own, and not a single thing was damaged. They even wrapped our redwood dining table with extra padding - a great example of how careful they were. I also was impressed because Bekins will arrange for delivery of boxes to collect your donated items as well as make arrangements to pick up the items and transfer them to a local food bank. The crew was frien clearly experienced. No surprise fees, no damage, and no stress-- 5 STARS!

We are just now unpacking those boxes - we were astonished to see how well they held up; no crushed boxes, no failing tape - and all were perfectly labeled; (except the older boxes that we packed ourselves and had them move on a subsequent trip - those boxes were bulging and breaking; the tape coming off), every item so carefully wrapped - we couldn't be more impressed. We were so impressed that 3 and half years later, I told my wife, "I have to call and tell them what a terrific job they did" and so I did. Thanks to Mark and all those who support this business - if we ever have anything else to move, I'm calling them first! Thanks again!

I tow a 38' fifth wheel RV, plus an equipment trailer loaded with my 12,000 pound tractor, this shimmy issue made towing impossibly unsafe. I had taken my truck to a Ford dealer in Santa Rosa, where I bought it. The service advisor booked it in for a 2 day inspection. The dealer advised that I had a major issue with the transfer case, tie rod ends and two tires. Their estimate, $7109.80. It just didn't make sense, so I declined. I took it to Lakeport Tire. Their service advisor knew immediately what the problem was. A stability bar as part of the front suspension. The estimate was, and accurately $1200. Which included a host of other services. The repair was done timely, totally cured the issue. My truck drives fine now, even towing heavy loads. I am very pleased with Lakeport Tire, their knowledge base and customer service. I'm so pleased that next up is my C8 Corvette in for yet its own perplexing issue. I trust they'll handle the repair as well as my truck.
