Just the convenience to pay my bill is 5 starts. Everything is clean, well maintained, affordable comparable pricing and staff has been amazing. Its an electric code gated complex. The only down fall I could say is that if I am in the gate after closing hours I have been told I will be locked in until the next morning. But I keep that in mind to make sure that does not happen.

There were rules we were asked to follow and when we left we always tried to make sure the place was clean. We tried to get the rent in on time but I was late once and I had to pay a penalty. It was in the contract that would happen so, no problem, I paid and then I wasn't late again. That is good business. Prices were fare and I was able to get along fine with the staff, no problems. We had the worst experience with uhaul. I will never be using their services again. We had awful…read morecostumer service and no one has tried to rectify the situation. When we picked up the trailer we quickly realized one of the tires was completely bald and the beading was exposed. We drove back to store to exchange for a new trailer explaining to them it was unsafe to drive. Neither employee cared or did anything about it. They didn't even look at the tire. They told us since we had left the lot we'd have to call roadside assistance and have them fix it. We then pulled around to the side of the building and went online to file a claim (since you can never get a working phone number or anyone to answer). We then proceeded to wait over an hour until they showed up and to our horror the informed mechanic quickly noticed not only was the tire about to blow the entire suspension was about to come off! One of the bolts was completely missing and the other was hanging on by a thread. We then pulled back around the corner and walked back into the store with the roadside assistant, who seemed absolutely puzzled as to why they wouldn't just exchange to trailer when we had asked. Finally with his report of the unsafe condition of the trailer we were finally given a new one. Now, hours behind our moving schedule we had about an hour of daylight to pack our entire house and get on the road. I reached out to the stores GM David and all I was offered was a 10% refund of my $700 rental. I'm so extremely disappointed in the condition of uhaul's equipment and the lack of response I've received from this complaint. If we hadn't been proactive in returning the trailer we would've gotten in a horrible accident resulting in loosing all of our things as well as possibly severely injuring ourselves or someone else.
