Poor security locks, Gina told us that locks were being updating to more secure, cuz of break ins when we signed contract (never happened)... most alarming is how owner treats his customers! Unprofessional, bully and is threatening. My story mis understanding, mailed my payments to 4655 Lakeshore Blvd. in error, paid the steep late fees and all rent, but felt physically threatened and that my storage unit items or boat was in harm from his encounters with me. Owner is reckless, dangerous and should be reported to the police! Despite being paid up, he evicted me and placed double locks on my unit. Upon my exit, he even drove by like a creepier, when i was removing my boat. This is a dangerous place... do not rent from them! He deserves to go out of business for his conduct and character!

It has been some years now. But I just noticed how in their ad it says. Secure storage. I just…read moreneeded to rent for 5 days. As I just sold some property and the lady wanted to move in asap. Since I didn't have my truck only a small car. I borrowed one and put all my tools into the unit on back side facing the hill. Got a call from management saying she thinks my unit was broken into but doesn't look like anything taken. Got me thinking , she had no idea what I had in there. So she could no if anything was taken or not. Was night time when got call. Headed up next day from Santa Rosa and upon arrival and opening door. I cried. Over 6,300 on tools taken. Everything gone. Even 2 deep sea poles and my Steelers Jacket my kids got me for father's day some years earlier . Called cops filed report. Then I'm told homeless people live on hill behind Safeway. Probably watched me unload . The i find out no working camera and the gate was broken. It was like they didn't care. Never once did i hear ( we're sorry ) what was said was this sucks. Then she wanted me to clean it out. They left boxes of crap in there. None of mine. And im to clean it. Lol. Bu the way. They didn't cut the lock. Couldn't. They cut the sliding handle around the clock. Would like my jacket back.

This included not just the rental paperwork, but also proof of insurance, ownership documentation, and the boat's registration--all of which needed to be completed upfront with payment, despite not having seen the unit or its location clearly.
