I currently work at a sprouts in scottsdale. Its a terrible company, you can spend years there under employment and they will REFUSE to give raises unless somebody is sleeping with a manager. Not a single person in the store knows where ANY of our product comes in from other than "Somewhere in mexico or random states across the US." Did you, the consumers, also know that the head huncho douchebags that call themselves the High Ups will call the stores and SPECIFICALLY tell ALL the employees to hold certain items for them and not for the customers? I.E, if they need 100 sandwiches, and that uses up the bread for the day, we are to tell each and every one of the customers that we are out and cannot serve them, They have said, and I quote "We come before the customers every time." Its a terrible store. The things we have to do to clear bugs from our product simply include tossing the bugs out, and if the product still looks OK, we are to put it back onto the shelves to be purchased. The trays that are used to cook foods on, like your deli bars, the baking trays, meat racks, etc, are not cleaned properly. The typical way to clean those dishes are to quickly shower them in the soapy water, spray them off with more water, and let them sit to dry. Nobody scrubs it down. The produce we get is also NOT as great as everybody thinks. Fry's Marketplace gets the first pick of all fresh produce, after that its lattered down from the biggest grocery stores down to the smallest. 9/10 you can find cheaper produce prices at Albertsons, Fry's, Wholefoods (Even for as pricey as they are, there are a LOT of items that they carry for CHEAPER than what Sprouts will sell them for) We are also told to limit what we give out for samples and such, to cut loss of our shrink at the end of the day. Oh and also, did you know that sprouts supports 16 year old girls having relationships with older men? They play Your Sweet, Your 16, and Your MIne on average about 40 times a day. Don't know about others out there, but I certainly am NOT okay with that FILTH that they call music. They need to grow up and learn this is the new age. Another great tip for you all, we NEVER check the receipts, if you grab something from the store, and walk up to a register to say you wish to return something, 9 times out of 10 if you say you do not have the receipt, they will refund you anyways, or at least give you store credit. Terrible prices, terrible management, horrible produce, insect infested place. That is what Sprouts really is. I have multiple sources from multiple stores all throughout Arizona that can even testify with all this. For your own sake, shop somewhere more trustworthy. I NEVER shop at a sprouts, I just unfortunately work there. I usually shop at Fry's, bigger and better selection, and more friendlier management/teams in those stores. read more

I have been shopping with you all for years and have always had a great experience. Last Saturday I went to this location and entered with no mask. I had been in the store for almost 10 mins and was getting ready to check out when I was approached by a younger woman with brown hair, glasses and a pony tail. Her words to me were "You need to put on a mask." First of all that is not the way to approach someone. They are 1 of 2 stores in the whole shopping plaza who are being mask nazis. all other stores are not. I told her I will not put on a mask and I am just trying to find my husband to check out. She followed me and said "you need to leave immediately if you are not going to put on a mask." I said ok and kept making my way to the front of the store (I had to make it to the door to actually leave duh.) She followed inches behind me and was harassing me all the way there making snide remarks such as "I can follow you all day." "I've got nothing better to do right now." I told her to quit following me so close if she is so worried (customers were staring at her.) I said my husband will buy the items (had had a mask) and she had the audacity to say to me "I'm not letting him purchase anything." I said he has a mask why are you harassing me. My husband texted me that he had already checked out. I looked at her and said my husband already checked out. This made her so mad her face turned bright red and she screamed at me "don't you ever come back in this store again. you are banned" DISGUSTING! Firstly you need check the CDC and stats there are reasons why everyone else did not require a mask. I will NEVER Shop with you again and have told all of my friends to do the same. Trying to publicly shame and humiliate me in front of the other customers is childish. Your employees desperately need training on how you speak to an adult. You just lost a customer who shopped with you twice a week. Get it together! NO ONE has the right to belittle someone - mask or no mask. read more

I consider myself a devout zealot of Sprouts, however I found my interaction at this branch quite disappointing. I typically visit Sprouts once or twice a week for my beloved sandwich- consisting of white bread, mustard, mayo, lettuce, red onions, turkey, swiss cheese, and avocado- and intended on a smooth run to the store to satisfy my craving for my regular order. However, I returned home and peeled back the wrapping to find a sandwich far from satisfactory. Despite paying an extra $2.00 for the addition of Swiss cheese and avocado, these ingredients were clearly omitted from my meal. Although I was upset over the unjust extra charge, I was optimistic the sandwich could still fulfill my needs with its other delectable elements. But biting in to this deli product only enhanced my dismay. At first taste, I was vexed by the absence of juicy, crisp red onions. And just when I believed my experience could not possibly worsen, all hope was lost as my tastebuds were assaulted by an overpowering, potent mouthful of mustard (don't get me wrong, I like mustard, but this was absolutely foul). The yellow-brown substance could only be described as overwhelmingly abhorrent and revolting. Even after attempting to scrape a large portion of the condiment off the bread, the sickening matter was inescapable. Upon further reflection, I concluded that these devastating mistakes were likely due to negligence, and were not exterior-inflicted accidents, as there were few other customers. The scarcity of orders implies that there was not competing information to interfere with my order, and the faults in my meal were likely a result of inattention. I am deeply saddened and traumatized by this sandwich disaster and I hope this review can bring change to the Phoenix Sprouts deli. read more

Wish I could give 0 star. Sprouts should be ashamed of letting themselves portray their company so poorly. They hire any crack head in the neighborhood. Management is the worst. The lady named Stephanie is in over her head treating customers unprofessional. Some employees are lazy and useless and have a bad attitude. It all starts from the top though. It's not safe to trust this type of system going on at this store. Poor management. When we arrived, they had some of their plants outside covered by a tent, which made perfect sense given the Phoenix heat. Inside, the layout was pretty similar to the other Trader Joe's I've visited, but I did notice something different about shopping in a bigger city. At our Trader Joe's back home, we never need anyone directing traffic at checkout, but at the last couple of Trader Joe's I've visited in larger cities, they've had employees helping direct the line because it can get pretty long. The good news is that even when the line looks intimidating, it moves incredibly quickly. I was specifically looking for the chocolate sardines--I had seen them before and really wanted to find them. I couldn't locate them anywhere, but as we were checking out, I mentioned it. A woman immediately called someone over to help, and he came back with them before we had even finished checking out! Now THAT is customer service! Our cashier, Joey, was also super friendly. He chatted with us while we checked out and even told us about their partnership with a neighboring grocery store. I always appreciate employees who are willing to take a minute to chat and make the experience feel more personal. One of my favorite things about visiting Trader Joe's in different cities is that it still feels familiar. You can walk in somewhere hundreds of miles from home and immediately recognize your favorite snacks and products. At the same time, you get to see little differences based on the location and the people who shop there. And, of course, there are the samples! Who doesn't love a Trader Joe's sample? Overall, another great Trader Joe's experience. It's always fun to visit one in a new city, see what's different, stock up on familiar favorites, and maybe discover something new along the way. We headed there to get my gut bacteria percolating again. We noted the Zoi yogurt brand, honey sweetened. We bought some to try. We really liked it. We looked there later, no Zoi Honey yogurt. May, 2026, one of my brothers, my sister and our lovely spouses found ourselves in King's Market, on a Puget Sound island. It had Zoi Honey yogurt - lots of it. I tell you this because my family can be foodie and snoody about what they eat. All five of us loved the Zoi Honey yogurt for breakfast. June, 2026 driving home from a Phoenix Cane and Walker Society Friday Luncheon we saw this Food City. We stopped, because we needed a few items. And I wanted to look at their probiotics section. There it was! Zoi Honey yogurt, and, quite a lot, plus multiple other flavors! Plus, this is a nice Food City, clean, well-stocked and welcoming. I write these words at 8:40 pm. zSweet D is ready to roll northeast to Find the Zoi. I am not enthusiastic about the trip as I explore fully the qualities of refurbished La Z Boy furniture.

I was excited to find Prickly Pear Lemonade by AZ Lemonade, which was exactly the kind of local gem I was hoping to discover. This is definitely a really nice grocery store and gives off a bit of a Pavilions/Whole Foods vibe, but in a more quaint, slightly more mom-and-pop kind of way. The produce looked super fresh, and they had a really good assortment of Arizona products like BBQ sauce, honey, and other local items. Overall, it feels like a more upscale shopping experience, and if you're looking for a grocery store with local finds and a nicer atmosphere, this is a great stop.

The first gentleman who helped me didn't speak English, but the man at the counter helped me find the sumac and scooped it out of a big bag for me. I like that the spices and grains are kept in big sacks to be scooped out. If you can read Arabic or are prepared to be social, this is a great little market to visit and get everything you need for a delicious Mediterranean dish.

First time at this new location! The deli is much bigger than the other store in Chandler with a…read morelot more options, but service was extremely slow on the weekends. The self-order kiosk screens were filthy and desperately need to be sanitized. As for the food, the samosa was way too oily and over-fried. They have fresh cane juice. Grocery items are also on the pricey side. I'll probably give them one more try in the future to order something else, but hopefully management cleans up the ordering stations and improves service speed.
