Brunch was phenomenal!!! He came to do brunch bfast during my bachelorette party - specifically for a Pancakes & Panties Brunch - and everything served was super delicious!! Carbs were somewhat needed and he delivered!! Most scrumptious pancakes, super light & fluffy, incredible frittata with goat cheese and veggies that just melted in your mouth, bacon exactly how I like it cooked, and this homemade granola that everyone lusted after & kept going back for more!! There were at least 5 of us who searched the house high & low for the leftover granola, which outta tell ya. Everything was just divine!! We hired Chef Tyner for a bachelorette party dinner of 14 and after 4 days in Austin, we unanimously agreed that the dinner he prepared for us was our favorite meal of the trip. Every course he made was absolutely delicious. The salmon we had for our entrée melted in your mouth, it was probably the best salmon I've ever had in my life. The peanut sauce that came with our appetizer was to die for, the avocado salad was superb, dessert was amazing and the perfect end to our dinner. He was extremely easy to coordinate with from out of state and he was also very accommodating of the dietary restrictions we had for our group. If you are on the fence about booking him - DO IT NOW. Chef Tyner created a fabulous birthday dinner for me and five of my closest girlfriends. We had some special diets and Adam did a wonderful job of accommodating them. I was impressed from our first communications when he and I were planning the menu. Adam was full of great ideas and so willing to accommodate my preferences. From the hot spinach and artichoke dip with crostini and crudités to vegan Caesar salad with campari tomatoes, the gruyere quiche and tofu tart, the meal was as beautifully presented as it was delicious. Adam really knows what he's doing. The planning process was very easy and the day of was surprisingly easier! Of our time in Austin, this was hands down the best meal we had. He served dinner to 10 people: 2 apps, 3 sides, 1 main, and 1 dessert. It was prepared in a little more than 1.5 hours. It was the perfect amount with a very generous amount of fish for our main!
