I found Chef D on Yelp and I'm sooo glad I did. I needed a private chef to help me create a special night for my small team of 6 people and he came through. Many other chefs were either too busy or didn't cater to small groups. Chef D and his mom, Evelyn, were so sweet. They offered a range of private chef/catering services that made it flexible for my group and our budget. We went with a Dinner Experience which consist of a choice of salad, entree, 2 sides, and dessert, all served family style. We also picked 2 appetizers that were delectable. For the entree, we went with Sous vide steak which was perfectly cooked. Sides were the Mac and cheese (must try!) and grandma's greens (also a must). Dessert we went with cannolis which was delicious but a little too sweet for my taste. Chef D noticed that one of us was lactose intolerant so he made a separate side just for my employee. Had the pleasure of attending a bachelorette party that hired Chef D. The food was absolute perfection! The mac n cheese: on point! The little Mac N cheese leftovers we had were devoured later in that night! We also had amazing appetizers: tuna tartare inside adorable mini martini cups, and a yummy crunchy and savory bite-I forgot exactly what as I was also impressed with the main course: salmon, steak, hearts of artichoke salad yummy carrots and the white Mac N Cheese.
