She fit us last minute into her schedule on a Friday night during sxsw. She went above and beyond, to make our event go as smoothly as possible. Food was excellent -- the Chipotle Lime Shrimp and the Cinnamon Cheesecake were incredible. I reached out to about 5 different people/company/sites and the crazy thing is only 2 people got back to me! I have nothing but good things to say about Chef Monique and her food prep services. My fiancé and I have been using her services for about a month or so now. I attempted to skip a week (for financial purposes-large purchases moving!) and I spent SO much more on food than I did with Monique! When she cooks, I actually WANT to eat the food I bring to work! She is so affordable when you think about the time and energy you save. So worth it! Her meals are so creative and DELICIOUS! She can make anything! Some of my faves are her hearty salads, burrito bowl, zucchini lasagna, and salmon with parmesan risotto. SO GOOD! I highly recommend her. We have been working with Chef Monique for a while now. We couldn't be happier :) I love the days when she cooks because I come home and the whole house smells like AMAZING food (and the kitchen is clean)! She has cooked us everything from Korean to Indian. Whatever we feel like she can make it happen and it's really good at it all! This week she cooked Italian, Mexican and and Asian Cod! All great! We love her ability to do it all and in a healthy way! We can even get our 3 year old to eat veggies in her amazing lasagna. We have requested it at least 3 times already!
