We came here for brunch over the weekend and ordered the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. I really liked the bun the eggs were served on - it made the dish feel a little more special. Everything tasted good, and we would definitely come back again to try more items from the menu. The service was standard, and the atmosphere inside was pretty typical, but overall we had a nice brunch experience.

Came here after taking family portrait at Elizabeth E Gamble garden. This was my friend favorite spot when she worked in the area. Overall the food is nicely plated and the portion larger than I expected. Usually I don't get salad but the salmon salad description sounded pretty good. The main con is that it takes some time for the food to come out so not really a quick lunch spot but is fine for social. Would love to check out their brunch next time.

3.5 stars -- Great Variety and Vibe, Mediocre Execution Sprout has come a long way since its days of just sandwiches and salads. The recent renovation and expanded menu--now featuring everything from mochi waffles to eggs benedict--make it a versatile, family-friendly spot for large groups. The Food: - The Highlights: The presentation is excellent across the board. The cauliflower was the absolute standout; I'll likely order it as a main next time. I loved that there was a kids menu option. The brioche buns were nice and soft, so fresh! The service was excellent and friendly. - The Mid-tier: The fried chicken was fine, but nothing special. - The Lowlights: Most of the brunch staples were disappointing. The pancakes were dry, and both the waffles and French toast were over-cooked to a brittle, dry texture. Verdict: It's a nice casual option for the atmosphere and variety, will come back with the family, and perhaps will order the salads next time.

Stopped by after the gym to grab a sweet treat and coffee. The malasada was perfection! I ordered to go and they were very friendly. I ordered an iced latte but was given a hot one. There was a lot a people so I just took it and walked out. Still got my caffeine fix so not complaining. Garage parking one block down with free 3 hours. Lots of foot traffic. Thank you!

I got the chipotle chicken sandwich, so yummy. And the side salad was so refreshing. I loveeeed the water they offer. I can't wait to try their salads especially making your own. Their breakfast options look great but only available on the weekends. Finding parking can be a challenge which has prevented me from making another visit as fast as I want but I would definitely come back. The place is cute with enough seating. You order at the counter, so the service is minimal. I will say I noticed tables needing to be cleaned but the whole time we were there, multiple tables around us were not cleaned yet. So I think that's the only thing I noticed about service!

Cute little cafe! There was outdoor seating so I was able to bring my dog with me for lunch. I recommend the fried chicken sandwich. The chicken tasted very high quality and the fried egg was a nice touch. I also like the house sauce they used with it. The chicken was very crispy and juicy. It looked like the burger used 2 top buns instead of a bottom bun which was a pleasant surprise! The side salad it came with was okay. Overall the staff were friendly and check in on us frequently.

Amazing food! Roberto such a fun server and got us the last bun! I've been to this place one time before as well and order the exact same thing my favorite is the short rib chilaquiles.

Amazing food, service, and ambience!! Highly recommend the cardamom coffee bun - it was a great appetizer with coffee. We also got the steak & eggs and shakshuka which were both really good!! Robert was our server and he was great - very attentive. 10/10 on everything, no notes. Would definitely go again!

This is my second time coming in since the remodel. As a vegetarian eating salads can be a sort of hum drum experience. I have come twice for the Southwest salad, minus the bacon, sub for their tofu. Sauce on the side. Phenomenal both times. Like if you need to increase ur salad intake for health reasons this would be the spot, very fresh. Service: stellar! Chatted with person who took my order today and he was polite, engaged, and made a perfect recommendation for my wife to try as this was her first time. Apologies for. Or remembering his name but he was great and even the cook acknowledged us and waved. The inside looks way better than before, I love the community high table!! They got a glow up for sure!! Highly recommend eating here, having meetings here, even drinks available are responsible prices. As you can see from photo I was tearing up that salad!!

Been here twice now. Always a good meal. Never had to wait for a table (I'm honestly surprised why there isn't a wait). Easy with our 2 kids under 3yrs old. Roberto is so attentive and kind. Cardamom coffee bun is a surprised hit! Ube moffle, hanger steak & eggs, Chelsea Benedict were all pretty great.

    Salmon on the side

Sprout Cafe, I Love You! You were my first love and introduced me to the world of Salad. Before that, I never appreciated eating like a rabbit. Since 2009, I've been captivated by the extraordinary variety of salads - made with quality ingredients and delicious dressings. Pictured here is the Davy salad (arugula, shaved fennel, candided walnuts, white cheddar cheese, corn, avocado and red onions with sesame-ginger dressing). I subbed out the arugula with romaine lettuce, added Furikake Tofu with salmon served on the side. Definitely a hearty favorite! My only ask is to bring back the old favorites - Kyoto and Harvest! Friendly and efficient service in a comfortable, aesthetically pleasing dining room with a high ceiling and wall of natural lighting from windows.

The impossible burger is crazy good! I get it through Forkable at work when it's offered. Honestly the pic on forkable doesn't do justice to how delicious it is - I recommend updating it.

It's not overly fancy, and it feels like that good hearty meal that you would get at home... in Europe. I love it! My eggs were poached perfectly, the blueberry pancakes were topped with fresh blueberries, and powdered sugar with just combined together, took the flavors to the next level. The bacon was absolutely divine, but let's talk about the potatoes. They were buttery, crisp, fully flavored homestyle potatoes that make you want to put potatoes into their own food group. We ended up ordering two of the Joanie's Breakfast Medleys, mine with french toast and chicken apple sausage, and my wife's with pancakes and bacon. Although it was a decently sized plate, I guess I expected a bit more for over $25...the french toast was like two halves of one slice, but the chicken apple sausage and potatoes were good. Coffee was nice as well, and they kept coming by to refill, which was nice and needed. However disaster struck when one of the waiters knocked off a tray from a ledge right by our table. The tray crashed onto our table and spilled water, hot coffee, and creamer all over me, and our under two year old who started crying. I rushed over to check for burns from the coffee, but luckily it was okay. After the clean-up I was waiting to see if anyone might come by to ask if anything was needed, let me know if I could get more food since I wasn't entirely finished, or at least apologize and comp our meal. Unfortunately I didn't get any replacement food, and they brought the bill and mentioned that we didn't have to pay for coffee...$68 pre-tip was a little upsetting after our experience, even though I know accidents can happen... Of course, later on I smelled spoilt because of the creamer/milk that was still on my clothes after walking around the Farmer's Market...lovely...

Everything is above average in taste and execution. Brunch Tacos mole: chicken mole poblano, scrambled eggs, huitlacoche, tortillas, epazote crema, fried shallots & avocado. Perfect portioning and the salad that came with it had a fantastic dressing. I pulled some chicken out and gave it to my wife and then it was perfect, a bit too overstuff before. The mole and overall taste were quite good though. Chilaquiles: tortilla chips sautéed in chile de árbol-guajillo salsa, topped with queso fresco, cilantro crema, and an egg. My wife loved this so much it made her question every time she didn't order it before. Fried egg sandwich: two over easy eggs on house baked brioche bun, chipotle aioli, avocado, bacon, cheddar cheese, fried shallot. Kids loved this and happily ate the leftover after. Iced Mexican Cafe: delicious iced coffee with a distinct Mexican taste. Distrito Verde: mezcal, basil, lemon, and falernum. Simple but refreshing brunch cocktail, really paired well with the mole tacos. Chips and salsa: These are not free but worth the price. Both the chips and the 2 salsa are of extremely good quality and preparation. Abnormally tasty and the kids went crazy eating it.

The hostess did, and we were pleased to see more options on their summer menu since the first time we tried RH Rooftop Restaurant previously was in the winter. My mom ordered the Peach Bellini, I ordered the Pomme Royal (non-alcoholic). In my opinion this menu does have a little something for everyone, even if you're looking for something more casual or budget-friendly. They have a gorgeous selection of salads - super hydrated and happy vegetables, beautiful presentation, very refreshing - plus familiar favorites like burgers and sandwiches - all the way to your lobster and overpriced oysters. We ended up sharing the Steak Frites (medium rare), the Lobster Roll (added caviar), as well as the Blue Fin Toro Carpaccio. The steak frites really impressed me and I could see why people all around us were ordering french fries alone - they're top tier and you can tell they're fresh cut potatoes vs. frozen. Steak was perfectly seasoned and the lump crab on top was also fresh, vs. canned. I wish there was more. Lobster roll was divine, although on the smaller side, and next time we probably won't add the caviar. The caviar alone added an extra $40 to a $36 sandwich so... yeah. The carpaccio is mouthwateringly thin and served with a lighter dusting of caviar - we wanted to order another one and flagged our server down for a second order, but it never came. Like other reviewers have mentioned, service can be slow and disjointed. We were served by 3-4 different faces and although I didn't mind that, I could see how things were lost in translation. Our cloth napkins also smelled gross (when you leave them in the washer too long) which was a huge turn-off so we asked for paper napkins to wipe our mouths. Other than that, it's a real treat to watch the sunset from the outdoor patio if you're around in time with the fireplaces turned on.
