New Business Alert!! This restaurant serves American breakfast and lunch fares in the Stanford business park in MP! They literally just opened and it's a beautiful space with inside and outside seating ! So far I have had the chicken and veggies and it's been tender and flavorful! Staff is amazing and very friendly! Parking is plentiful ! Clean amenities and they offer fruit infused water ! Highly recommend but bring card not cash !!! They don't accept cash :)

Philly Cheesesteak was delicious! The au jus dip made it even better! Service very pleasant. Outside patio not noisy at all.

The customer service is very good. The food is pretty good, but the portions are small for the price. Employees are very nice.

Fine grounded black sesame but still a little grit for texture. Very strong natural black sesame taste. Matcha roll - 10/10 stunning flavor. Taste just like raw ceremonial grade matcha. Not excessively sweet a bit more on the strong matcha flavor less sugar. Delicious. Very strong flavor though. Decor is cute but sleek, vibes are calm, bar seating by window and a few small tables with seats. Ordering is fast at the kiosk front desk which doesn't seem to have a cashier. Lots of tasty drink options with milk choices and customizable sweetness and ice level - much appreciated! Cakes were delicious and filled with freshly whipped cream. We had the hojicha and biscoff ones. Not incredibly busy - a lot of orders were takeout. Cons: A lot of things were out of stock by 1pm but maybe this is due to Mother's Day. Pricey but the items were high quality. Store is a small footprint with limited utilities (no WiFi, bathroom was temporarily out of order). Parking is very difficult- it's on el Camino so the cars are unforgiving if you're trying to parallel park, and the road parallel by a block is not much better. It has an alley and a very cramped space in the back for a lot. Expect to walk.

I have already been to Covour a handful of times, mostly on weekdays, where I'm usually planted there for a few hours to do some work or study. On the weekends, it can get quite busy, while weekdays are more of a gamble depending on how many people are there. The parking lot is on the smaller side, so on busy days, it can feel a bit hectic. The space itself has a good number of tables to work or study from, along with great lighting. I really appreciate the selection of drinks they have, ranging from fun flavored lattes like tiramisu and burnt brown sugar to matchas, hojichas, and classic cafe staples like americanos and flat whites. Everything I've had here has been delicious and always hits the spot. They also have a range of food and toasts you can order. I recently got the ricotta and honey toast, which was delicious and light! Heads up, though, as expected, they do run low on stock later in the day. I came around 2 PM, and there were maybe four baked goods left. Overall, it's a great choice, and if you're in the area, definitely check them out.

Their cortado was dialed in. Just the perfect balance of flavor. I also tried their plain croissant, maple scone, and cinnamon rolls, and every single one was on point. There was some seating inside but a majority of it is outside. We ordered: - Organic Scrambles #3 (Scrambled Organic Eggs, Organic Wild Mushrooms, Shallots, Crème Fraîche, Chives) - The scrambled eggs were good and not mushy at all. The creaminess of the crème fraîche worked well with the mushrooms and chives. - Three Stack Apple Pancakes - This was delicious! I loved the grated apples in the pancakes. It was a solid pancake. We had a good time eating here and will be back to try more items on the menu!

The French toast was fluffy, buttery, and easily one of the highlights. The omelette with cream and mirin really hit the spot, and the breakfast wrap was also excellent. No complaints here. Drinks (3/5): The drinks tasted good, but we ordered them extra hot and they arrived cold, which was disappointing. You are also responsible to pick them up so stay close to the barrista id you need coffee. Ambiance (4/5): The atmosphere is lively and energetic, which gives the place a fun brunch vibe. That said, it can feel overcrowded. The seating is very tight, tables are pushed close together, and the line can get quite long. Service (2/5): This was unfortunately the biggest issue. One of our items was missed in the original order. When I went back to fix it, staff initially entered it as a separate order and told me there wasn't much they could do and that I'd need to pick it up as a to-go order. After multiple conversations, I asked them to simply combine it with our original order and bring it to our table, which they eventually agreed to. When our food arrived, the missing item was still missing. After checking with staff three separate times, we were eventually told they were "doing us a favor" by giving us someone else's to-go item. By that point, we had already finished most of our breakfast and were ready to leave. The staff seemed more focused on explaining how busy they were rather than taking ownership of the mistake, even though the issue started with the original order being missed. Overall, this is a solid 4-star if you go on a quieter day and you don't need much customer service because the food is absolutely worth trying. On a busy day, though, be prepared for a potential 2-star experience, mainly due to customer service.

I forget the name of the exact source and blend - although the initial encounter is acidic, a full bodied flavor takes over and lingers in the palette in a beautiful balance. However, there is plenty of parking across the street at the school, which I presume, was ok to park in over the weekend. The seating area is outside, with plenty of seats, chairs, lounges, etc. Good for roaming toddlers. The service was also warm and fast. They were super nice and humoured my toddler who wanted to order by himself. Cappuccino was really good - had nice latte art as well. The pastries are from Onki, and taste amazing. The kouige aman was my favorite - crispy and flaky, and just the right amount of sweetness. The almond croissant was also really good - crispy and flaky as well, and stayed that way even hours after we ordered (we brought it home). My kid really enjoyed his chocolate chip cookie as well. I found their latte bitter and it was not hot enough. The cold brew was equally bitter. Their pastries were delicious but they are brought in from a bakery and not made in house.
