Now I am getting a strong electric burning smell and occasional smoke from the vent. Had it only a year and extended warranty doesn't cover electrical. I was told it could be simple but at $160 per hour it could cost thousands. Time to dump this lemon, never buying from Ciocca or another Audi again.

We purchased a used vehicle from Ciocca Volkswagen of State College on September 10, 2024. USAA, our bank, sent them a Dealer's Funding Request Form that day. It's 2 pages that the dealership fills out with the vehicle information and emails or faxes back to USAA to which a check will be sent immediately. Ciocca has yet to do this! We have called daily, left voice messages, and emails with anyone we can in order to pay for this vehicle! WE ARE BEGGING TO PAY YOUUUUU! Why the rush? I mean, we are driving a vehicle around for "free"...but we need to ship this vehicle to our next duty station THIS WEEK and need either the title or a letter from the bank in order to ship it. We also found out, the vehicle is still registered to the man that turned in this vehicle as a lease! We are beyond frustrated and can not understand how a business would allow us to have a "free" vehicle for an entire month! I can't imagine what other odd business dealings they have going on. I called to set up an appointment around 2pm and was told by JR (body shop manager) that he could take me the very next day! I was so shocked and happy. I brought my car in the next morning. JR and the rest of the staff were very kind as I had no clue what I was really doing. JR called me when it was finished and even called the insurance company on my behalf to complete payment while I was attending class. When I picked up my car, it looked amazing. They washed it too - which was a nice bonus because even my own dealership won't do that unless I specifically ask! I was extremely thrilled with JR's service and the entire experience with Blaise. I have been driving a variety of cars for around 7 years most older, no one ik has ever had this issue. Idky i ever went back. Had to tell him twice to bleed and replace the brake fluid because brakes were mushy d/t air or moisture in the lines. Car had been sitting for 6 mo. In high humidity. After that they worked fine. He did some AC service. The AC needed recharging after years. The blower wasn't strong d/t what I think is a disconnected or corrupted vent hose, which would probably require tearing the dash apart, which he didn't do. AC works *ok* after the recharge. The fourth star was for getting it done that day, and not overcharging for stuff that wasn't needed.
