I bought my Jetta from here and I found that Alex O. was a very down-to-earth, refreshingly no-frills salesperson. She knew we were on a tight schedule, I told her the price I was going to pay, and I was wowed by the speed of the process. Previously I had come here to test drive a few cars, both new and used, and they were all well maintained. After the sale I have heard from Alex a couple times to follow up and also thank me as a customer. Like our first visit, there is a chance that you may get the unabashedly pushy salesperson who wants you to commit before talking about finances, but that's protocol for most car dealerships. When they get it right that you're a responsible person (student) on a budget and time-crunch, their service shines. This was Alex O's strongpoint - she should be deemed the Leitzinger student liaison. I am glad we worked with her when I was ready to buy. There's heritage at play here as well as modernity; it was clear that this team has been selling to Penn State students for generations and they have a special straightforward approach to this clientele. Do not use this Dealership! They are unprofessional, non-communicative, will charge you for parts and diagonis when they know they cannot fix your car. My daughter is a student at State College and had a challenge with her VW bug speedometer not working. She brought it in on April 3,2026 to be evaluated. We ordered and paid for the part then ($561.) She brought her car back several times to have it fixed and they kept saying we need a code from Volkswagen. It is now July 21st. I left several messages, no call backs. I finally spoke to a person who said it is next to impossible to fix this problem and provided me a $350. refund for the part however I still have to pay for the diagnosis even though it can't be fixed. Do not use their service department especially if you have a college student. They will take advantage of you and them! They should not be in business. read more

This Dealership made an appointment with me to see a used vehicle only three days out in time. Their email stated the car would be washed and ready for review when I pulled up Saturday morning... Boy was that a bunch of hype! THEY SOLD THE CAR THE DAY BEFORE!... AND DIDN"T SAY ANYTHING. I had to reach out with a question about that car. Only then did they tell me they already sold it. Started out great, but the battery wouldn't stay charged long. Sometimes overnight but by 5 days no chance of it starting. Made it impossible to park at the airport for a week trip. Replaced the battery, it didn't change. Dealership said it wasn't an Audi quality battery so I was skeptical but paid them almost $500 for a second battery. Guess what, it didn't fix anything. Now I am getting a strong electric burning smell and occasional smoke from the vent. Had it only a year and extended warranty doesn't cover electrical. I was told it could be simple but at $160 per hour it could cost thousands. Time to dump this lemon, never buying from Ciocca or another Audi again. read more

Pay a lot for your Audi and expect the service of a luxury brand? Not here. $65k car with 7500 miles on it. Rear parcel shelf B&O sub buzzing like a beehive. Drop it off to have that fixed and after 3.5 hours of felt tape repair it's still there. I call to get that fixed again along with a leaking water pump that is a known problem with these cars. I'm told they only give loaners if you bought from them. So I'm off to another dealer. This is the first I've heard where a brand new car from a luxury German brand will not give you a loaner if they need your car for a few days as "it's company policy at Ciocca to only give loaners for cars bought here." My Ford truck I bought in California and have never been denied a loaner. I bought my Honda in Johnstown and was given a loaner. My VW I bought in Tennessee and was given a loaner (at another dealership). read more

We bought 1 used Sentra from this place, and the sales person then was a great guy and actually didn't remind me of the "typical" sales person. He wasn't making a lot of money on the sale of a used car to us either, I suspect, as we also did our homework with the blue book listings, etc. Their service department is very good, better than most, honestly. They are very professional, and admit when they might have made a mistake, which hasn't occurred that often. (We're all human!) We recently went back here to test drive a car, and the sales person this time was just ok, but we liked a different car make and model so we did not purchase from here. Part of what affects my decision on what car to purchase is how good the service department is, and Leitzinger's impressed me many times over the years. read more

Update - Fri PM- I called into the service manager and was told my car would be brought to me Saturday mid morning. He was very polite and scheduled it with clarity and confidence. Prior to this I've been given no clear indication of when I might receive my car back. Later that day I was called that I could actually receive it Friday night, this was because I found out that they were bundling trips to my area, which I think makes perfect sense and would have been completely understanding I have that necessity. I think it's just a communication problem that could have been improved. If I have been told initially then I would need a couple of weeks to schedule to have a loaner, I would have understood the need also I would have understood if I've been told and Saturday that it might take a few days to coordinate drivers. Because I didn't receive a call at all on Saturday I assumed I know don't ever assume that I would get my car earlier in the week. I think I'd be better for the company to educate their customers on drivers, Coordinating trips to pick up from other customers and dealerships in the area etc. etc. etc. the service I was done to my car was perfect and I hope that this review helps the dealership and others with their communication. Update- I did receive my car Friday evening. It was a very busy week for deliveries and vehicles. The driver was very thoughtful and protective of me and himself due to Covid. He's actually the guy that brought my car to me when I bought it as well. I did spend five days without my vehicle, and was able to manage. It would have been nice to have it sooner and without the ability to get it to me more frequent updates about delivery. I know all used car salesman, whether dealer or not, play games (impending event, porcupine close, etc.) and I expect that annoying nonsense. But their *uncanny* inability to return phone calls takes things to a new level. Lying ("I'll call you back before closing today.") is never good business practice. This has has happened on several occasions; 6/6 times. Why can't they just be honest? And on a related note, why would I believe anything they say after lying to me so many times? I bought a very slightly used (7,000 miles) Q7 this spring and love it. The folks at the dealership were great to deal with, and I have been back once for service and they were wonderful as well. Overall great experience, and my wife and I love the way the car handles. The height is a dream - no more struggling to get out of the vehicle. My sales person was jon sunners on the Mercedes side and he was wonderful and recommend him but as for audi their customer service is bs. You'll be lucky if they answer your calls. I had to wait 1 month just to schedule a car service. After 1 month they finally squeezed me in as early as possible after I demanded them because my car sounded horrible after running really low on oil. I also am suppose to get free car services because I leased a vehicle but randomly got charged 500$ on my card. Let see how long it will take them to answer. Not the same place. The customer service has gone way down hill, they are only interested in selling you a car no matter what. It is high pressure tactics. I will not go back and try to buy here again. The salesmen are not interested in what I want to buy, only what they could sell me. read more
