Had great costumer service. However, not very happy a month later. I traded my Jeep for next to nothing because I was told it would be sent to auction. Then found it on this page sold a week later. Which was probably sold for $2,000 when I only got $700. I looked at this car twice but only had time to in the evening in the dark. I've already had to replace the tires, breaks, and rotors. Now it is also going to be sitting in a garage for who knows how long with a pre-existing problem which could not have been discovered during the test drive. I don't appreciate being lied to, getting no deals, and now spending more money for a $16,000 car. I will not be back. And I'll be sure to warn others before they purchase a car here. read more

They are kind of shady. On the positive side, I think I got a good price on a used car. On the negative side, the minute I ran into a problem, they were the very opposite of helpful. They turned over a car that didn't have proper inspection, needed air in the tires. They offered no warranty on late model used car--you had to take it as-is. I walked away with the feeling that they decided they were going to treat me poorly and I didn't do anything to warrant that, particularly because I was giving them a pretty easy sale. I agree with Michelle in that they are misogynistic in their attitudes so good luck if you are a woman trying to shop there. read more

My daughter was recently in the market for a very specific used Jeep and found one on EZ Auto Groups's website. The only problem was that it was over 5 hours away from our home so we contacted them in an effort to do as much homework as possible before we made that long trip. We expected to pay cash and had no trade-in to haggle over so we thought it should be a very simple transaction. Our first complaint is that this dealership was very difficult to get information from; we asked for a CarFax report but they apparently don't subscribe to this service. They finally provided some information but it did not appear complete. Now, we are talking about a $30,000 vehicle and we were very concerned that this car had been flood damaged given recent weather events and the deal being offered by EZ Auto group seemed almost "too good to be true." Ultimately, we did our own research (through a paying car title search service) and made the trip to see the car. After a thorough examination, we made an offer. The employee we were dealing with said he had no authority to accept anything less than full sticker price so we asked him to contact someone who could respond to our offer. The employee used his own cell phone to call the owner and then handed the phone to me. The owner was quite rude, said the price was the price and hung up on me! Before I could even hand the phone back to the employee, the owner text-messaged "Bitch" no doubt referring to me but not realizing I could see it.. If this is how the owner sees customers, he apparently doesn't need mine - or your - business! read more
