We frequent the Kuna location because it is close to our house and the grandkids love it. Staff is always very friendly and willing to let the kids sample a taste if they're having a hard time making a choice. This location also has a drive-through window if you don't wanna unload all the kids out of the car. They also have in their cooler case their own varieties of milk, with flavors like chocolate strawberry, and no banana. They also stock Local Eggs as well as hand hand packed ice cream of the favorite flavors to go. We realize that everyone needs a day off and respect their choice not to be open on Sundays. However, we can say we would not be mad if this changed!

Now don't get me wrong. The flavors are clever, the taste is delicious, and the butter pecan and maple are both very good. And I greatly respect a creamery that's bold enough to make the nearly-impossible-to-find licorice ice cream! But the product just doesn't strike you as a top 15 ice cream spot. From what I gather, he has been doing this to other members of the community, and it needs to stop. No one he has been "86'ing" has caused any harm, whatsoever other than some chatter. I will be requesting store policies from Jacksons so we can hammer out store policies from personal policies and make sure they are defined. I feel this employee is trying to operate on personal policy, this must be defined and corrected. I worst thing I did to that clerk in flip him off from the street which is probably over the top from me, but still a nice way to be very upset. I don't intend to let this go, it's been an ongoing issue for a few years now to other people where the worst thing they did was talk in a way this guy did not personally like. Once home cracked open the box to give them a try. These aren't your typical donuts they had more of a cake consistency vs a standard donut. Despite that they were very good and were perfect with a cup of coffee. They tasted so fresh and while I was just a sampler and my wife is the donut lover she also loved hers as well. Plus they had other baked goods on hand as well and will pretty much bake what you want them to. Great find in a town really lacking options. Plus always love supporting a small business.
