This location is in the new part of Manhattan village plaza. There's plenty of parking in the structure behind it. It's on the side where you drive between the outdoor and indoor area. Across from islands and next to Alo. There's no sprinkles atm, but you order off an iPad. There's two of them. A menu is above for you to quickly see the flavors of the day. Then the workers call your name when your order is ready. The place is small, but the service is fast! Don't be discouraged by a line. Service is super fast and they're so nice. They thanked me for waiting, and it took 5 minutes! Compared to the line at the Rodeo or Newport Beach location, the wait is short. The friendly lady also reminded me that I should refrigerate leftover cupcakes, but let's me honest- there's never leftovers. Only downside that it's a smaller location, so the flavor offerings aren't as much as the other locations. Cupcakes are hit or miss depending which one has sold more so u get it fresher. But as far as packaging , they have dropped the ball and went all out cheap. Boxes are now extra cost. Which if a $6 cupcake isn't enough for a box then they should rethink their pricing for a cupcake. I've had Sprinkles before but never at this location. Upon entry, the lady greeted us and was so sweet and friendly. It was towards the end of the day so she let us know what flavors were still available or sold out. There isn't any seating at this location - it's more take out and eat outside or at home. You can order on the iPad/kiosk or with the worker at the counter. We decided to go with a strawberry cupcake and a raspberry French toast cupcake since that was their special. We couldn't find the strawberry cupcake on the iPad, but the lady was more than happy to take our order. Service was incredibly speedy. Cupcakes are like $5.50 each so just be aware of that since they are on the pricier side. read more

Only because the overall rating is so low, I am adding a 5 star to offset. With two cupcake places in the same plaza, it is hard to decide. I personally enjoy their fruit flavored cupcakes and red velvet. I'm not a fan as much on their chocolate cakes. I assume the other negative reviews are based on their chocolate cupcakes. Convenient location for folks who don't want to make the trek to Beverly Hills. Friendly staff working and no line on a Friday afternoon! Parking at the mall garage nearby can be tricky but there are a lot of lots. It is next to the Alo store facing the mall (not facing grassy area where the kids play). They are cashless and you place your order at the self serve kiosks. Mobile and order ahead orders are available and the pickup orders can be found in the shelving clearly labeled. As of now, Cupcake ATM is still in the works and not available. Happy to see they had the seasonal cupcakes for Halloween as well as the Double Stuf Oreo Scorpio cupcake! For many years, I've heard wonderful things about sprinkles. I even heard the CEO of the company speak at an event and was so inspiring. I happen to be in Manhattan Beach today and went to the sprinkles in Manhattan Village. My first want to talk about my experience going into the store. Wow, everything was neat and tidy, and looked very presentable. The Customer Service lacked tremendously. The young lady was less than what I would expect of a sprinkles. She barely answered my questions. I still wanted my cupcake because I've heard so many amazing things about it . I've now opened up my cupcake, only to find out that if it taste kind of stale and hard. When you spend almost 5 dollars for a cupcake, I don't expect it to taste like yesterday's leftover food that was left out on the counter. This is what I am tasting right now. My cupcake from Ralph's tastes a lot better than this and is fresher. I don't eat a lot of desserts, but cupcakes are my thing . This was very disappointing. I was so ecstatic when they opened a Sprinkles in the South Bay. We were due! Before, I would trek down (occasionally) to Downtown Disney to get some. Especially when they have limited in-store only flavor drops... Now, I can go more often (which may be a bad thing lol) and can take advantage of their limited run flavors. I'm actually heading there today to pickup an online order for their Reese's cupcake, which is a Halloween seasonal special. My all-time favorite flavor is the strawberry, which thankfully is available every day. The moist strawberry cake with the strawberry icing is so good. They do make cakes as well, so I was considering getting this cake for my husband's birthday. My favorite limited flavor was the lemon tart they had during the summer! It's not too far from the parking structure close to Rosecrans and PCH, and there are some short-term (20 min) parking available for easy pickup. I haven't used a curbside function, but I usually just order online, park, and pick up. The order will usually be on the shelf by your pick up time. You just need to look for your name. read more

I love Sprinkles when I first discovered them in maybe 2008. This location just opened up and glad it did because it is nearby work, at least for me. The price probably went up a bit but still decent. The cupcake is consistent! Just like how I remembered it. Other places I have had are good but either too sweet or there's a special eggshell in there. lol. Not with Sprinkles! Sprinkles cupcakes are always moist, never drying, no surprises and the frosting is so good. I love their Red Velvet and don't think I ever found another place that comes close. Received a voicemail on the day of pickup (two hours before my scheduled pickup) stating they had a limited menu for the weekend and could not fill my parfait order, leaving me absolutely no time to order something similar elsewhere. This left me empty handed as the parfaits were supposed to be a gift. Proper business practice would either not allowed me to place that order or they should have notified me immediately to allow an opportunity to find another option. I was able to get a few regular cupcakes and they were missing part of my order and this is not the first time I've had missing items from this location. To make it worse, the cupcake is dry, firm and stale like it's days old. Lesson learned, I should have shopped at Frosted Cupcakery instead. read more

I had a Sprinkles cupcake years ago when they opened in LA. People were raving about them so maybe my expectations were too high. I thought they were pretty good, but for the price, I expected a wow. When I saw that they had opened a store closer to me, I decided to try them again. They were both (strawberry and vanilla milk chocolate) quite yummy. Cake and frosting had a lot of flavor without being overly sweet. Having said all that, I've had cupcakes that were bigger and just as good (or better) that cost less. But I'd eat these again. I visited this location on Sunday to pick up lemon bar cupcakes and they were absolutely amazing. This location is one of the smallest ones I've been to, but its petty nice inside. There are two screens for ordering, no cashier. There is a front counter person there to fulfill the orders. I personally like ordering on the kiosk, it's very convenient. I ordered lemon bar, pineapple upside down, salty caramel, sprinkles, banana, and 2 pup cakes. They were all so delicious but the stars for me were the fruit flavors of lemon bar and pineapple upside down cake. Actually, I may have gotten my last cupcake for free for my birthday and I still didn't enjoy it. The ordering on the tablet is pretty cool and quick. There was no wait for my order so I was pretty much handed the order as soon as I completed my payment.
