At which time he began ridiculing me in front of my son and other customers. Finally, he shouted "next time you need keys made go to the Home Depot!!!" And he kept shouting. If he doesn't want people disturbing his pile maybe come out from behind the counter and make yourself useful. The tees are pretty shitty quality and you're selling them for $30 bucks. I'm sure he is making a mint all summer but can't stomach the business it brings. He is so uptight and unfriendly. Witnessed him also being rude to a young woman who came in. You're better off going just about anywhere else to buy a decent quality tee from a local business that actually will appreciate your business.

The car park was empty, the signs in the car park said customer parking only (which after spending $50 in the store I most certainly was). I pleaded with the teenagers at the desk to please take the boot off my car, but they would not until I paid them. When I disputed this charge with my credit card provider - Henry Person & Sons said they had booted my car because I was not a customer - all lies, lies, lies. I do not recommend this store at all. When I questioned the woman behind the counter, she was insistent, but relented when I took back my $20 bill and told her I was in the week before and bought the same oil for $12 (that is double the price of what Home Depot charges: $5.99). She also looked it up on the Emporium True Value Hardware website (the other hardware store in town, minutes away on Main Street) and said it was $9.99 there. So I agreed to pay $12 + tax again . If I didn't say anything, they would've charged $22 plus tax. I think they just make up prices when you get to the counter (no price on item). The New York State Attorney General should look into their price gouging.
