I told the woman that we didn't need help and she told us that the man at the register (a middle aged white man, who I assume is the owner) had told her to watch and follow us. She said NO, So all of the things that we were about to buy were left at the store, Very poor customer service. A mere goodwill $20 credit would have gotten you ~$500 in sales. Only refunded the one bike out of the three of us, even though it cut the whole trip short after only half any hour end. Employees got extremely aggressive and threatening when pushed about refunds. When they picked us up at the site of the wreck, they put us in the back of a van with no seats which was very unsafe on a winding highway road. They were just horribly rude the entire experience, even before the mishap.

By tax, I mean everything is definitely more expensive here than anywhere else. Help yourself, expect things to be expensive, then be surprised when they are almost normal. This particular trip to Whites, I came in for a few necessities: toothbrush ($2), toothpaste($3) and a BBQ lighter ($2.15). I was pleasantly surprised that these prices were not astronomical and in general I was just happy they had everything I needed. In an area where there is no Walmart or Target, Whites does a good job of squeezing a little bit of everything into a fair sized shop. I have found adorable Christmas ornaments, awesome t-shirts and many necessities. It can be a little tough walking through here at times when it gets crowded, just be patient. There is always a line for the cashier but it usually goes pretty quick. The people here are nice and they will help you find what you need, but some of them are seasonal workers and they may not know exactly what is in the store. If one person can't help you, just try someone else. Whites also has a liquor store around the corner. Again, great selection and helpful service. There is a reason they have been in business for a long time. NOTE: There is a cashier in front and in back. So check both areas.

He was so knowledgeable about Pollock and Krasner's life and the art scene in which they lived during their time. The tour includes a look inside Pollock's studio, which is breathtaking as well as a tour of their home. The property is so tranquil and peaceful as well might I add. If you are an art lover/fan this tour is a must do!
