To all those scammed: file A complaint with Secretary of State and proceed to get a lawyer involved pursue further legal action based on the contract signed. My parents had the same thing happen as everyone else. We signed a contract in September 2023 with Christopher and never heard anything again. My father and I called countless times, I emailed them, I messaged them through Yelp and Houzz, even drove by their facility which is just a warehouse with a garage door. There is no one here. I don't feel this is the salesperson's fault but I wish he would have at least reached out and said something as I'm sure they probably stopped paying him too. They are hosing the general public under the assumption they are still doing business. While I have researched them, and they do have an operating business license, they apparently have just decided to take peoples' deposits and run with their money. I do construction for a living. My job is to protect people from these types of people and I couldn't even protect my parents. Shameful! I'm filing the report as others are doing with the IL Attorney General's office. We bought the Springrock Premium Gutter Guards for our home in September 2022. The initial sales interaction with Tyler was great, installation went fine, gutter guards work well. In November of 2023 we sold our home. When we tried to contact Springrock regarding the "lifetime transferrable warranty", we were disappointed that they no longer answer their phones, don't return messages, or respond to texts. We tried the many phone numbers on their website and Tyler's "direct line" multiple times over a two week period. No response. They still advertise and have an automated answering system taking voice mails but it appears they have gone out of business. read more

I purchased a home that had their gutters installed prior to me moving in and there is still at least 3 years warranty left. The gutters are blocked so mud and leaves leak over around various areas of the roof (front and back of the house) and the downspouts are dirty and muddy. I have left no fewer than 14 messages but I have not received any return calls. I did call once and a female answered then immediately hung. Has anyone found help with the BBB? Has anyone received any calls back or a service visit since your review? Have you utilized another company? Any assistance you can share would be greatly appreciated and I will do the same in return. I had gutters/and my fascia boards replaced a few years ago, which was great after they finished. Since then I called them about twice to come out and tighten up my bolts that were coming loose with no problem. Recently, I have been contacting every number that I have for them to come and replace/fix my fascia board that is bulging out of the side of my house. The numbers that I contacted was 888-212-3159 which rang and announced that I had to leave a voicemail. Next number 866-408-9760 same message was stated. I called the sales rep Andrew Thill 708-244-9743 and again that was a no go. Then was provided a number by Kurt 224-213-5257 who is their restoration rep for their company and he gave me a number for Anita (Owner) 630-640-3595. I contacted her on numerous occasions and finally was able to reach her and she stated that since it was cold outside 4/15/2024 that she would have someone call me back to set up an appointment. Since then I have contacted her daily and left messages and she has not returned my call nor is she answering my call. This is really POOR service to say the lease. If I could have really investigated them before I received their service I would have NEVER used them. The WARRANTY is of no Effect to me NOW since they are not answering their CAll Center Phone nor is the Owner answering.......HORRIBLE!!!!!! read more

Love my new gutters!!!. Just had my new gutters installed on Friday the 23rd of October!! My wife and I are so satisfied with them! It all started with Ryan, our sales rep who was very friendly. He showed up right on time of our appointment. Of course he had his mask on when we met. After some friendly banter, he got right down to work, measuring and what not. He went over all options I had! He seemed very knowledgeable for his young age. He wrote up a proposal and told him that I had to go over the price with my wife. But after I saw the materials from which the gutters were made, I made the decision right then and there. I told Ryan I just overruled my wife, and would pay the price for that I said jokingly. I just had a Springrock salesman, Jason, to my home to discuss replacing our gutters. While Jason seemed knowledgeable, wrote up the estimate, and showed me their products, I couldn't believe his attitude once I said the estimate was high. I told him I was getting quotes from other reputable companies and he became very belligerent. He wanted me to tell him what other leaf guards we were looking at, but I felt he would only berate the others in favor of theirs and it would be a waste of time. So I said, "I'd rather not say." He then abruptly got up, put his materials together and said, "Well, if you don't want to be educated, then we're through here." His anger was evident. I have never been spoken to in this manner by any salesperson with any of our home projects - and we have done many. I thought potential customers should be aware that Jason may not be the right person to interact with customers. He has left a very bad taste in my mouth for this company and I certainly would not consider doing business with them - aside from the fact that their price for gutters with leaf guards was exorbitant. I would give them a fat ZERO if I could. I needed a gutter moved for replacement of a railing then placed back into its original position 2 weeks after railing is replaced. Dan was a good sales guy and stated this was " an easy" issue for them to solve. Also informative. I cannot say that for the rest of the crew working there at this time. I had my gutter guards placed by them 3 years ago and all those employees are now gone. I get a call after I made the deposit and signed the contract that some guy there doesn't want to do the job due to liability. I guess I don't understand why moving a gutter and placing it back is complicated when these guys say they are a GUTTER COMPANY and apparent experts. Very poor customer service and extremely disappointed in their business approach. I think there plate is full and they don't need any business at this time. If you plan to have work on your gutters, I would get multiple estimates as these guys will cancel the job on a short notice if they don't have the skills to deal with it. I had been meaning to write a review for a while now but kept forgetting. I had some gutter repairs done in April of 2022. We had waited a few years to get anything done because I had no idea who to call for small gutter repairs. Anyway, I was very impressed with Springrock, how quickly they responded to our request for estimate and very pleased with the work that was done. Jason Ley was the Sales Consultant and he was patient and courteous and provided us with a reasonable estimate. The main reason I was so impressed with the company was because we were not having any major work done and most companies just don't want to be bothered with small jobs. Our side gutter had detached from the roof and water was pouring over the side of the house when it rained. We also had a small gutter issue with water pouring over the back door because originally the gutter was installed incorrectly. Jason made a suggestion how that could be fixed and gave us, what I felt was a very affordable estimate for the work. They came out quickly, did a beautiful job and cleaned up very nicely. We have a 93 year old home and we had the soffit, fascia and gutters all replaced. They are absolutely beautiful and perfectly in place. They were courteous, efficeint and cleaned the area when they were done. It was not an easy job as we have a wood pergola over our deck and they had to install the materials inbetween the pergola and the roof and they didnt disturb the pergola at all! What craftmanship. Had gutter guards installed in July, 2019. Was told that we would never have to get on the roof to clean the gutters again. 100% Lifetime No-Clog guarantee. Their website says "Gutter guards block twigs & branches, Shingle Grit, Seed pods, Evergreen needles and leaves" THEY DO NOT!! My husband has had to get up on the roof to clean them out twice. Full of twigs, etc. I sent pictures and they called once and said they would get back to us. NEVER HAVE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Cheaper to pay someone to do it for you. read more

Very unsatisfactory. i was given a quote which did not include gutter guards, which I was asked if I wanted, and said yes several times. The installation had to be on a Saturday, which i did not want. There was a large push for a deposit as well. it took close to month to schedule as well, after payment. The installer again asked me if i had requested gutter guards, i said yes. He did not install them and was radio silent about it rather than double checking. Overall, a lot of hype and poor communication. The gutters are nice, and the workman ship appears good, but communication is not good unless you call in or its about the deposit. Also the installer put ladders on adjoining properties. He did not ask permission. i told him he needed to do that, or he could be potentially arrested for trespass. We found Spring Rock off Home Advisors. I had did a fair amount of research about which kind of gutter guard I wanted (more correctly, what I didn't want). Spring Rock carries the best product I found, the Gutter Dome. The entire process was outstanding. Matthew came to give us a quote. We found him to be straightforward and honest, and just a nice guy to chat with. He didn't try to oversell us. Jose and another gentleman (I didn't meet him) came for the installation. If only every person that came to do work at my house could be as wonderful as Jose! He was pleasant, polite, timely and very conscientious. He explained what would happen and went to work. He cleaned up after himself, even taking the leaf blower to my neighbor's driveway to be sure it was clean. He walked me through the finished project, explaining they had corrected the pitch on an existing gutter before they added the guard.
