It's easy to navigate by following the signs. There's four airlines that serve Springfield. There's American Airlines, Allegiant, Delta, and United. There's many options available for rental cars. There's Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Dollar Rent-A-Car, Hertz, National/Alamo, Payless, and Thrifty. As far as ground service transportation, there's Taxi's, Lyft, Uber, Limousine, or your local Hotel Shuttle service! Like all airport arrival times, they suggest arriving two hours before your flight departure. I was able to go through TSA within fifteen minutes. Now, I only had carryon bags and I pre checked with American Airlines on the website the night before. So I would still give yourself a little time for any mishaps that could occur. Overall, I had a FABULOUS service through SGF. Friendly staff from TSA's to the coffee shop staff. It's clean and easy to navigate.

This is by far the best, store front, travel agency I have ever been in! I hate booking anything…read moreonline because of the fine print and the possibility of getting scammed, so I chose to try 417 Travel in November of 2018 for a trip to the Dominican Republic. The agents treat you like family, provide everything you need to know, and explain every little detail regarding a trip. I walked out with a trip booked and no questions. My vacation was amazing, thanks to them! Another added bonus is that they really have been there. The agents travel to different destinations, checking out resorts, throughout the year. 417 Travel will have my business always!

We waited 45 minutes for the next tour (they go on the hour), and it was well worth the wait! Our tour guide was amazing, and completely made the trip. She was so knowledgeable and got me asking questions even though I knew nothing about rocks. I thought she was a geologist, but she was new to the company and just studied information in her free time. Props to her, she was great and made this worth the money ($30 per adult). This is a walking tour, there are steps, places to crouch, but I loved it, made me feel so adventurous! She was very patient, made sure everyone had the opportunity to see what she was teaching us. Great tour, lasts about an hour and to me, someone who has never taken an interest in "rocks", totally worth the money. What a hidden gem!

We arrived very early for our scheduled tour, so decided to tour the outside of the building and take some photographs. A very cordial staff member came outside and invited us into the lobby to await our tour time. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative. I would recommend anyone with any hearing impairment stay close to the guide to ensure you can hear the narration. Her very first words were, "Why are you here?" -- no greeting, no courtesy, just instant hostility. We were only there to take a quick photo of the outside and look at the grounds, as we were considering renting the venue for a wedding. We're from out of town and were in the area just for the weekend, but she immediately accused us of trespassing instead of simply asking what we needed. To make things worse, she blocked the driveway so we couldn't turn around properly, forcing us to back through the grass rather than letting us move forward a couple of feet to the wider part of the drive. I'm also quite sure her behavior was influenced by my alternative haircut and color, which made the experience feel even more judgmental and discriminatory. We will never come back here or recommend this place to anyone.
