Heck, one time our family of four was split up due to the wrong passport back home and he called ahead let all the representatives know what was going on and helped get another flight for my husband and daughter it was smooth as butter no worries. I have heard so many sad stories from other travel agencies that my clients use. It is nice when I run into an inconvenient problem to simply text or email Amity and she takes care of it. Everything from changing flight times to changing plans at the destination. I am most impressed with Amity's ability to take my unicorn requirements and make them a reality. Oh my goodness these people are awesome! We want to travel EVERYWHERE so they help us find ideas within our budget. Last year it was a cruise... last minute of course. The knowledgeable staff made sure we got placed in a great room that was good for first time cruisers. I do wish they could have helped more with choosing excursions (because some are just not good in real life) but I know they can't personally go on every offered excursion on every cruise they offer lol.
