I arrived today and called him, and he immediately came out to greet me and help me bring in my parts. He explained to me everything that needed to be done and about his research to find the exact colors I need for my powder coating. It wasn't just him that gives this place 5 stars. But it's also his employees that all approached me as I walked in, they greeted me with smiles and were super friendly asking questions about what I'm having done. Now I understand why someone recommended this place to my boss for the value and quality of their work.
