From the sign up, being haggled & pressured into signing three year contracts & paying $45 a month while other people are getting $30 one year contracts, it's unsettling to feel like you're simply being preyed on by salesmen, as opposed to joining somewhere interested in your health & fitness. They lure you in with offers of trials, then only giving them to you after you sign a contract, which is hardly a trial. Nor will you know of the extra annual fee they'll charge you for "upkeep"... Without any actual upkeep. The tour you'll get seems fine enough, but they never take you close enough to show you that half the cardio equipment is outdated or out of order. You won't be taken far enough to see the filth (pictures posted) of the locker rooms that get only the most basic of cleanings. If you come in Dec/Jan, you'll see new padding put on equipment, but they only do that for the New Years rush. The rest of the year, things are left run down & often falling apart. And don't bother taking to management or employees about anything. They're busy selling, hitting on the nearest young girl, or simply not knowing. Outdated equipment, things rigged to stay together instead of being properly maintained, and a general filth that flies in the face of "health." For a health & fitness club... This gym is neither healthy or fit. I would have left multiple times in the last three years if they would have let me out of my contract. Don't pay premium gym prices for a run down hole of a gym. We have better options.

If I could give is a zero star I would Carlos the manager is absolutely rude and makes up rules as he goes! I walked in made a tanning reservation and began my work out 10 min till my tanning time I walked outside to grab my eye protection and walked back in to tan told them my name and they informed me they canceled my tanning time because I left the facility! I was not late I had 5 min till I could tan! I informed them I simply forgot my eye protection and was gone for a simple min to go get them! They lady said your appointment time is still open if I wanted to reschedule as I'm rescheduling my appointment Carlos said that was nice of you to tell her if it was me I wouldn't have allowed it! So I asked if it was in my contract stating that I couldn't leave the building and come right back cuz I forgot my eye gear and he couldn't tell me if it was or not I have read the policy and nothing stated that you can't leave to fetch something from your car! This has happened to me 3 times and he still can't prove it in writing what there policy is! Carlos informed me that I need to tell them why we are leaving the facility if we are returning and I simply informed him he's not my adult and I do t have to report to him if I'm not canceling my tanning time so he went ahead and canceled my second reservation for a tanning bed and said you will not be tanning today! It's just a bad experience all the way around the staff make rules as they go so I strongly recommend you go find a better gym like I will be doing! When the Community Center opened (even though the prices are incredibly high) we were so excited to join! We have had a multitude of issues with the facility: *The hours are such a joke. A lot of people need to have a facility open LATER THAN 5 or 7 PM on the weekends. *Management is unfriendly and distrusting. We were accused of duping "the system" when our autistic cousin came to spectate us and was seen "using the facility without having paid to do so". The average age of our group when we come to use the facility is 35. We aren't trying to "cheat" anyone out of money. When a young woman with a mental handicap is running around trying to discharge energy for a few minutes, I don't believe it's cause for alarm or accusations of deception. And we are all otherwise paying members/customers. *Management is uniformed and fickle when it comes to "policy". *There needs to be a DESIGNATED AREA FOR CHILDREN so that when paying members need a court to play on, we aren't turned away because "there's no other place to take the kids." *I don't want to pay exorbitant amounts of money to lose out on the already trifling hours on the weekends to "WOMEN'S ONLY" gym hours. *Spectators should absolutely be allowed into OUR COMMUNITY CENTER without having to pay money, especially elderly community members. Not only are they now being charged to watch private events, they're being charged the EXACT SAME PRICE as someone that has to purchase a guest pass to actually use the facility. Does this honestly make any sense? *Guest passes are ludicrously over-priced at $10 a day.

Im a Born again Christian with many artforms under my belt. I tried to tell her that shes mistaken and I wasn't there last night. The instructor came off the mat and became hostile with me. Please beware of this Dojo. Treating a potential new customer the way they did shows no discipline. And they did it in front of children. I walked out peacefully and the instructor kept yelling at me from inside his Dojo as i proceeded to walk down the front hallway of the Upper Valley Mall toward the exit.

After meeting with the staff and seeing their interactions with the children, it became clear that they do care about the children and want to keep the environment safe, fun, and geared towards learning. I do not worry about leaving her there at daycare and she genuinely enjoys going and spending time with the kids and teachers. They have helped with her speech and she was potty trained within 2 months of attending. The staff genuinely seem to enjoy what they do and greet all the kids and parents every morning with good vibes. I am very grateful that I don't spend time or energy worrying about her throughout the day!
