The installer, Dennis, understood my very specific requirements for cable routing paths and for equipment placement/alignment. He was focused, detail-oriented, and conscientious about getting everything installed cleanly. Vitaly, the owner and system designer, is knowledgeable, customer-focused, and flexible. He's built Lancelot into a successful business and a great team. Will gladly work with Lancelot again. Strong recommendation, 10/10!

We wanted a few outdoor and indoor cameras. Vitaly and his team were able to install all cameras, wiring and the main box seamlessly. Vitaly was very easy to work with and as a new business, I really appreciated him accommodating to our specific needs as well as giving us a reasonable price. Overall, the service they provided was excellent. They displayed a great deal of professionalism with how they communicated from start to finish. I cannot recommend Vitaly and the Lancelot team enough. Thank you so much! I will be contacting you again if we need more cameras.

One company gave me a quote over the phone, another just didn't bother responding to me even after several attempts. Everything was good and we set a date for install. As we all know life happens and some adjustment needed to be made. I called John and he was able to accommodate a change in my install date. Overall very satisfied with the system that I have installed, it is top of the line, quality and best of all there's no excessive holes in the walls because I didn't do it, haha. This year, we taught the kids about buses, and how they work... We built a couple of "custom" buses with the kids and used them to go for a "real" bus-ride in the commercial center to give them the "FULL" transit experience... Our concern was, of course, the kids' safety while "driving" in the parking lot... we turned to Designated Defense's supervisor, Russ, and he told us that they would be happy to secure the area and the "bus routes" for the kids. He, along with Zane and Armando did an above and beyond GREAT job, actually accompanying each bus (in all the HEAT) along the full route! Thank you so much for helping us have a fun, safe and successful program with the kids!!!

Coral and David- very professional. Offered to wear booties and PPE gear if needed and the installation and bolt down was very nicely done. Luckily for us, we were out of town and the alarm system and quick follow thru by Brantley's patrol team deterred them from entering our house and stealing our stuff. The technicians worked with us on the install to help upgrade the infrastructure that was built with the house (which is about 10 years old) so that we would have all the newest and up to date technologies. They did not try to "up-sell" us on things we didn't need and gave us options so we could decide what level of protection we felt was right for us. The service and install has been exceptional and the office has been great when confirming our information after a tripped an alarm. We now can control and monitor everything directly from an app on our phone and receive notifications via text any time the alarm is set or turned off. We have recommended Brantley to our in-laws and my mother after our experience with them; they are by far the best security and monitoring company we have found in the Las Vegas Valley. I would highly recommend them when installing a new system or even updating an old one like we did.
