The installer, Dennis, understood my very specific requirements for cable routing paths and for equipment placement/alignment. He was focused, detail-oriented, and conscientious about getting everything installed cleanly. Vitaly, the owner and system designer, is knowledgeable, customer-focused, and flexible. He's built Lancelot into a successful business and a great team. Will gladly work with Lancelot again. Strong recommendation, 10/10!

Vitaly was very easy to work with and as a new business, I really appreciated him accommodating to our specific needs as well as giving us a reasonable price. Overall, the service they provided was excellent. They displayed a great deal of professionalism with how they communicated from start to finish. I cannot recommend Vitaly and the Lancelot team enough. Thank you so much! I will be contacting you again if we need more cameras.

In a search last year for a new security guard company to help us with our stores in the Las Vegas area, we were referred to Las Vegas Security (LVS). I found Craig and others that we spoke with during the process to be very flexible and accommodating, even with a unique schedule that our stores require for operation. Since LVS has taken over the security for our stores, we have had nothing but the highest of compliments from our store employees, managers and customers. The service and employees are extremely professional and they have always delivered the highest quality of service. Our employees have been impressed with their proactive posture and their willingness to communicate and share relevant information with employees and our management in an effort keep everyone safe. With 13 years of experience, I can not say enough about this company, Craig and all the members that we had had the chance to work with. Security is a concern for all of us and I highly recommend Las Vegas Security. David.

This year, we taught the kids about buses, and how they work... We built a couple of "custom" buses with the kids and used them to go for a "real" bus-ride in the commercial center to give them the "FULL" transit experience... Our concern was, of course, the kids' safety while "driving" in the parking lot... we turned to Designated Defense's supervisor, Russ, and he told us that they would be happy to secure the area and the "bus routes" for the kids. He, along with Zane and Armando did an above and beyond GREAT job, actually accompanying each bus (in all the HEAT) along the full route! Luckily for us, we were out of town and the alarm system and quick follow thru by Brantley's patrol team deterred them from entering our house and stealing our stuff. They did not try to "up-sell" us on things we didn't need and gave us options so we could decide what level of protection we felt was right for us. The service and install has been exceptional and the office has been great when confirming our information after a tripped an alarm. We now can control and monitor everything directly from an app on our phone and receive notifications via text any time the alarm is set or turned off. We have recommended Brantley to our in-laws and my mother after our experience with them; they are by far the best security and monitoring company we have found in the Las Vegas Valley.
