I've always enjoyed coming here even as a newbie. I think before getting into vaping people need to understand what they are getting into. Prior knowledge can go a long way when talking to the employees here. That being said, I always feel like I'm getting a good deal, especially when you start racking up points. Spring Vapor - Vape Shops Near Me - Spring, Texas

I have been going to Spring Vapor since their shop opened on Richards Rd. Today I went in to purchase my juice and was told I would need a mask. I am not sick and according to the cdc, masks do not prevent someone from getting Covid anyway. Being a vapor store-I would imagine would be proof enough to you. I will be boycotting Spring Vapor because masking up is a personal choice and will not be forced upon me. I hope that as a small business you will reconsider this rule. BEWARE! This shop looks fantastic, has decent prices, and occasionally has good customer relations. But, do not let them rebuild any RBA/RDA!! I have taken 2 mods in to be rebuilt, both have been ruined. First was my kayfun lite plus, took it in had it rebuilt, a couple weeks later a friend of mine was going to rebuild it for me and nothing would come apart. EVERY THREAD WAS CROSS THREADED! The atomizer would no longer come off of the mod at the 510 connection, I could not remove the tank to rebuild it again, could not remove the top cap to even refill it. Thinking that it was just a one time mistake I took in my tobh atty to be rebuilt. When I got it back, it had been dropped and the fins on the top cap were bent, they would not do anything to make it right for me after damaging my atomizer. Later I found out that it was also cross threaded and locked onto my mod at the 510 connection! Not to mention the build itself was done very poorly, coils not firing properly (hotspots and uneven heating, way too much cotton causing dry hits and a lack of airflow. I could not recommend this shop to even somebody that I couldn't stand. I will never be trusting this shop with my devices ever again after having 2 ruined. read more

I'm a long time customer of Spring Vapor, back when they had a very small space in a different building. There's some long time employees there too, but a couple are gone (maybe to another location, they left, or work two stores and aren't there that much) and it's not too great unless Q or Justin is there. House juice is very good, but the price is a little high when I need quantity. This is my go to vape store in the area. I've been to a couple others and it's just dull inside. Three stars because the staff that was extremely helpful either left or moved locations, should've stayed here. read more

It was more like - "You've never been here before and you have questions? You fool! Get out before we pelt you with our overpriced vapor products!" You walk in and the aroma of hand crafted juice just welcomes you right in. The red and black decor is done very well, I always love when a vape shop does pays attention to atmospheric details. We purchased a tobacco flavored juice and coils, customer service was awesome and we even waltzed right into their grand opening without even realizing and got a free starter kit. I bought a module there and they said it did not come with a tank so I bought the module for 100 bucks and I bought the tank for 40 bucks then I go across the street to Vape Council and I see the same mod $14 cheaper that comes with a tank I called Spring vapor and asked them if they can compensate anything for such a ridiculous situation because I have been using them for a long time they said no well I said no more business for me. I highly recommend this place for ecig devices and juice. They have a HUGE selection of both and the staff is very knowledgeable about the things they sell. Even when there is a problem, they are extremely willing to do whatever it is to help. Ask for Kirby when you walk in. He's helped me the last few times I've gone in there and he's absolutely amazing. read more

I like my products, but as far as getting more in depth help from the guys, I left feeling a bit frustrated. Friendly and helpful staff, although I did not feel very welcome here when I was new to vaping. They were all kind of intimidating. lol One thing: they don't sell 15mg bottles of 3nic juices! If I'm trying out a flavor I usually want to buy the smaller bottle; anything above a 3nic is too harsh to drip for me (and most people). So, I end up having to spend more money on the 30mg bottle; even if I want the smaller size. read more

A mediocre vape shop. The clones they stock are not as good as others on the market that cost a little more (basically they're selling you cheap clones because they want to save money). Their juice is alright (that's the best thing they have going for them). Their knowledge of mechanical mods is not up to par. They also made my 16 year old son sit on a couch even though he was not with me. Honest'y I would say avoid this shop and support another business with your money. Sells you merchandise knowing full well they do not sell the necessary materials needed to maintain them. Sold my husband a tank for his vape, but then told him they do not sell replacement coils, and have no intention of ordering them. All a ploy to try and sell him a much more expensive vape. HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE....HORRIBLE customer service. About 2 or 3 months ago, I decided I wanted to buy a vape and visited Spring Vapor. I spent nearly $300 when it was all said and done. However, the following week I had to go back because it was leaking juice. The guys at the counter just looked at me and pretty much told me there was nothing they can do. I asked to speak to a manager and apparently he/she was not available. Long story short, I made three trips back to try and have someone look at it and fix or replace. After all, it was the same week that it started leaking. There should be some type of warranty on the unit. However, I've had no luck and it's now just sitting in a cabinet and not being used. The place is a rip off with their prices and has horrible customer service. DO NOT GO. Do yourself a favor and find another place. read more

After shopping at almost every vape shop in the Houston metro area I can tell you that most provide mediocre customer service at a steep price. Not Spring Vapor! First visit was today and was greeted warmly and provided service immediately. The gentleman who helped me provided juice recommendations as well.
