Once fully inside, there is a plethora of selections for just about anything you can think of. I was utterly stunned. I scored a blazing susan clock, just to give an example. What started as one oooh turned into soo many awws and omg from all the products they have to offer From flower, to drinks, to joint holders, torches, CBD body rub, various brands, I mean literally everything. And it was their customer service, their knowledge and honestly passion for the line of work that was absolutely beautiful and highly admirable. They've got a forever customer outta me. This time I got here around 7:35pm and have been sitting here waiting for them to open up for about 30 minutes. All the lights are on and sign says open but there's no one inside. I called no one answered. I originally assumed maybe there was only one person and they were going to the restroom but 30 minutes? If you guys could even just put a sign out that says be back eta or whatever the case may be then people would at least know. If you're looking for some mods or tanks, you will be delighted by their large and qualitative selection. If you're like me, you may be intimated by the abundance of choice, but no worry! You can always ask them for recommendations and help to find you the right devices. I have to admit that the customers service hasn't always been that great. The old team and management used to be terrible. Some of the staff will pay more attention to their phone than to the customers. They were even mad at you for being there since you're stopping them for playing Fortnite on their phone! Fortunately the new manager, who has worked with Krazy Ape for years, and who I have known for years at their stores on FM 1960 and FM 2920, is doing a great job in improving customers' experience and satisfaction. The dude (holly Guacamole, I don't even know his name) knows his stuffs. I always ask him for recommendation before buying a mod or tank. The last two mods and two tanks I bought in the last 3 years were influenced by his recommendation; and I have been very satisfied with all of them. One thing I can suggest to them is to get some damn chairs and create a proper seating area.

It's never easy to get into most boxes. (The manufacturers seal was gone and the actual vape was sticky.) I immediately took the vape back inside and explained the issue. I simply stated that it was sticky and I didn't want to put my lips on it. The guy there wanted me to pull on it to see if it worked and I refused. When I refused, he seemed irritated. Why would I attempt to smoke on a vape that's clearly been smoked on and tampered with? He handed me a second vape and I took it to my car. It was somewhat sealed with the factory tape, but sticky as well. I kept it, but I'm not happy with how rushed and gross things went down. Seemed sketchy. I just visited this store. I met who was apparently the owner at the front door. He cracks the…read moredoor open, sticks his head out. I say "hello." He replies "what you want?" No hello in return. No greeting. Just a terse one line response. "What you want?" Of course, I'm immediately taken aback because I'm not used to being met at the door of businesses I'm trying to patronize in such a way. I didn't understand what the hell was going on and he keeps pointing at a sign inside the tinted window, which I can't read, and repeating "what you want?" Over and over. I say "I don't really know what I want. Obviously something that you might sell in this store." His response - "What you want? You must call!" I'm having a very hard time getting my head around exactly what is transpiring here... Finally I figure out that this business apparently desires that their customers call to make an appointment before they come in their store. Now, mind you this is a smoke shop. They sell rolling papers and bongs, not the Mona Lisa or 20 carat diamonds. I say "this isn't how stores are supposed to do business. Screw this. I'm not making an appointment to enter a smoke shop!" At which point the gentleman launches into an unhinged tirade about the alleged absence of a penis in my underwear! Holding up his pinky finger with his thumb placed just on the tip of it, he asks over and over again, "do you have one? Do you even have one? Show me! Do you even have one? F*ck you! Go away! Don't come back! Do you have one? You don't have one! Show me!" As me becomes frantically agitated, he develops this incredible inquisitiveness about whether or not I have a penis, even though all my physical traits would indicate that it's a pretty safe bet to infer that in fact I do have one. Yet he remains pretty unconvinced. Yep. I got called out for apparently not having a penis simply because I couldn't lock on to the fact quickly enough that the local smoke shop had implemented a policy requiring that customers call before visiting their store. Never mind that the OPEN sign was lit and he was standing the door, so obviously the store was staffed at the time. Oh well. Guess my brain is just too slow and my genitals are just too underdeveloped to qualify as a desirable customer for this business. So, unless you've got a really large brain and giant meat, go down the road to Green Light Smoke Shop. You don't have to take an IQ test or whip out your junk to buy papers there. You can even walk right in, no appointment necessary.

I returned to the store with the nearly full cartridge, expecting them to resolve the issue, but the clerk refused to provide a refund or exchange. Instead, he just shrugged, crossed his arms, and repeated that their policy allows for no refunds or exchanges. This is unacceptable, especially since vape shops know defective cartridges are a common issue. Refusing to take accountability for a defective product that I brought back nearly full is beyond frustrating. I would never shop here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this place. If you end up with a defective product, don't expect them to make it right.
