My partner takes 4-5 grams and it takes away the pain about 75% for 4-5 hours. Plus he can fall asleep on it instantly. I returned to the store with the nearly full cartridge, expecting them to resolve the issue, but the clerk refused to provide a refund or exchange. Instead, he just shrugged, crossed his arms, and repeated that their policy allows for no refunds or exchanges. This is unacceptable, especially since vape shops know defective cartridges are a common issue. Refusing to take accountability for a defective product that I brought back nearly full is beyond frustrating. I would never shop here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this place. If you end up with a defective product, don't expect them to make it right.
