Vape Council - Merchandise - Vape Shops Near Me - Spring, Texas

So I've liked this store so far up until the last few visits. There never opened when they say there suppose to be opened. Last time I went around lunch and I assumed maybe they were out for lunch too cool no biggie I'll just go back. This time I got here around 7:35pm and have been sitting here waiting for them to open up for about 30 minutes. All the lights are on and sign says open but there's no one inside. I called no one answered. I originally assumed maybe there was only one person and they were going to the restroom but 30 minutes? If you guys could even just put a sign out that says be back eta or whatever the case may be then people would at least know. I've seen at least 4 people trying to go in at this point and it's all just lost revenue. I guess I'm going to crazy ape ‍. read more

I was a newbie when I was recommended to Vape Council by my good guys at Up N Smoke because of what I was looking for... by the time I spent only a few moments talking with Jesus in telling him what I thought I was seeking. By the time I was done with my purchase, he made me feel quite comfortable of my investment and quality of the products. Jesus was patient (not just with me but the additional 5-6 patrons that shortly followed after I came in), he asked if I'd have a seat and wait (patiently (smiles) a moment so that he could assist me in the first time setup of the box mod, etc., in addition Jesus was knowledgeable of vapes, juices and their levels. Best experience and happy about my new box mod. Great atmosphere and great staff... Cool and quality selection of products and juices. If recommend for a newbie or existing vapor. ~PS~ Oh yeah, I had to go before Jesus could help me setup my box mod... but he asked that I call and he'd be happy to assist. Get this, he took like maybe 5mins (after he took care of an in process customer in the store) and walked me through piecing my box mod, battery and placing my juice in the tank together. Then told me to stop by anytime for additional assistance and other juices. Vape Council is awesome and about their customers as much as they are their business! Thanks!!! read more

I've been a loyal customer of Vape council for over a year now. I went to a lot of different vape stores before one of my coworkers told me I should go to vape council. I was always disappointed to find that most vape stores didn't have what I was looking for (I do have some tanks/mods that are a little beyond the pale). These guys have been awesome! They always have what I need and an amazing selection of E-juice! They're always helpful and don't put a bunch of pressure on you to buy stuff. I won't go anywhere else unless by some miracle they don't have something I'm looking for (hasn't happened yet). read more

His happened at a different location but the review is still the same. This place for the last few year has been the spot for the best juices, coils and mods. I have been to other vape shops around town and in the area and none lived up to the quality of this shop.... until recently. The usual guy that works there might have been out but the guy behind the counter was the most arrogant vape shop guy I have ever encountered. I went on 1/12/21 after work and need coils and some juice. I was stoked because I had $20 of fivestar points, that took forever to earn, so I was going to get a few extras. They got new selections and not I asked for my usual, his answer... you vape that trash? I would only use this juice. Asked for another flavor... same answer. I was getting annoyed quick but hey, small briskness owners have it rough. Asked why they had a ton of clearance juices he said and I quote, "The dumb owner buys these junk juices and I don't want to see them on the shelf anymore. If he would listen to me and get top tier juices we would be in better shape." That was my tipping point. I was like, ok cool guy. Time to check out. I remembered I had $20 in reward points that took me 5 months to earn. He said he no longer uses five stars... tough. So hold on, it took me spending $500 on juices and coils over the past few months and saving up just to then roll the mat out and say tough... this to me kinda ruined my entire experience for this store. Kind of a crappy way to treat a long term customer and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Well, time to start looking for a new shop cause if this guy is still there working, I won't step foot inside it. read more

I LOVE this shop. Very friendly owner and staff. There is a more personal experience than most shops. Helpful with mods and juice. Juice is priced better for any premium juice in the area, and is better tha than ordering juice online due to shipping and waiting. All around great shop. read more

This place has decent prices and overall a good environment. They only thing I don't like about this place is that they obviously aren't morning people because they don't open till 10am. Being able to get pods for my novo 3 before going into work is a huge convenience for me. read more

Ridiculous prices! Have gone never a few times to get supplies for my son....always high on supplies and juices. They cater to a "younger" clientele. And it shows in the price jabbing. I bought a tank which was $20.00 more than any store online. Won't be back. Would give them a zero if I could. read more

I went in to get some mouth pieces for my smok novo and I stood there for 15 minutes without being acknowledge by an employee then when I had to interrupt to ask for assistance they did not have what I needed so I drove across to another store and got what I needed. I have never once made a review or thought about downloading a app for one review but this was the worst place I've ever been/worst I've been treated by the manager and employee..vape council use to be my favorite vape store in my area but as of recent every time I go in there the manager does not acknowledge your there the whole time nobody greets you or anything they just give you what you need so you will hurry and leave and the way they talk to you is very disrespectful and also the way they treat other guest in there store..this store is (not recommended in any aspect) the juices are good but I'd rather vape the worst juice ever then ever step foot in that building again read more

I love this shop, Jeffery is the best! Huge selection of mods, RDTA's, and sub ohm tanks at less than other retail stores... They have starter kits as well if your looking to get into vaping as a smoking alternative... Awesome premium juice selection and if you buy three 30ml's it's only $50 (if I can remember correctly) it's around that price anyway. I totally recommend this shop to anyone in the area...
