Came in today and the man working the front counter seemed strung out. I walked through the door and he barely looked up. I asked him a question and was given a very monotoned one word answer. Zero customer service. I thanked him and told him to have a great day... no response. Ew. Other than that, the shop has a great selection of everything. read more

Extremely disappointed because I've been going to the Baytown and Houston Vape city for way over two years and have spent well over a thousand with the company. I moved out to the Northside and was excited about the Tomball location opening up because it's 24 minutes from my house versus 45 minutes. Today i called and asked specifically if they had the Voopoo Drag 2 Platinum. It was confirmed that they did and when i got there they said they only had the mini. I'm highly frustrated because of the distance and how much i love the other locations. Vape City is more expensive than other places i go but i love the staff at other places, they sell the juice i love & the reward system has been dope for me with how much money i spend. The staff should listen specifically for the request of the customer and ensure they have it. I'm highly disappointed at the moment and hope it doesn't happen to someone else driving so far. read more

This has been my set preferred location to come to for a while because there's this young lady during the day shift who is AMAZING and super helpful and because of that I have always recommended to my friends and colleagues and have spent over a thousand dollars. I always have a great and helpful experience especially on the phone. I live a bit away and have other smoke shops that are closer but as I've said I preferred this location. I've had no complaints until now. I called and spoke to a guy named Mason to ask if they had an item in stock and was told I wasn't even able to know if they had it in stock? And that it was "Policy" I was absolutely shocked. I then called two other vape city's that are closer and they both were more than helpful and informative on their items in stock. So if you need any help I'm guessing the only thing you can ask is if they are open.... Extremely dissatisfied and currently going to a different location. I would've been even more upset if I had driven all the way there for them to not have an item in stock that is a consistent item that is bought and out of stock a lot. read more

This place does not care about there customers what's so ever. I went into today to buy a vape and I ended up having to buy a 20 dollar vape and immediately it was burnt. They buy knock offs and try to sell them for 20$ because when they let me exchange the one I bought they gave me another burnt vape and made me keep it. Never spending anymore money again! They are super comfortable. I didn't need to buy any cigars but they have a large area to one side where there were a large selection of cigars for sale as well as some of their own brand. A DJ is onsite that plays a variety of music. Its a great place to chill and have a smoke and a drink. I will return in the future to relax.
