His energy was incredible--super cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can tell when someone actually enjoys their job, and Larry definitely gave that vibe. He made the whole experience easy and pleasant, even though I was just passing through. Sometimes the difference between an average shop and a memorable one is the people, and Larry absolutely made this stop memorable. I went back to ask for help, and the owner was super rude. I was just trying to see if maybe I was doing something wrong and to get help with the items that stopped working, and she automatically accused me of being combative and told me she would not return it. This was my first encounter with the owner and I will NOT be going back there. I don't recommend anyone going either. You're better off going to the gas station down the road... Once fully inside, there is a plethora of selections for just about anything you can think of. I was utterly stunned. I scored a blazing susan clock, just to give an example. What started as one oooh turned into soo many awws and omg from all the products they have to offer From flower, to drinks, to joint holders, torches, CBD body rub, various brands, I mean literally everything. And it was their customer service, their knowledge and honestly passion for the line of work that was absolutely beautiful and highly admirable. They've got a forever customer outta me.
