What an amazing place to play. Played in a flinggolf tournament and they made us feel like family. Stake dinner was amazing. Only negative was the burger I had for lunch seemed it had been frozen. Fun golf course, hard to play the first time because of many blind shots. Looking forward to going back now that I know the course.

Horrible experience. Told by course monitor we could not play back half ok went to first hole and was asked by my new to golf friend about why and that she had never heard that at a golf course and I said to her ya the country clubs don't even do that and course moniter ( who I think might have been the owner) cut into our pricate conversation to give me a lesson on golf etiquette! then we were followed and watched all 9 holes. Went to our car to load up and had several staring drive by from course monitors to then over hearing 2 of them specifically discussing which care we were in and what color it was!!! Harassment becasue I commented TO My FRIEND that the country club doesn't require that .!and I was not commenting with attitude or anger. Jait a simple statement,,Will never return and would never recommend!!!! Owner has a big attitude problem! read more

A few friends, family members of friends and I got together here for a weekend to play golf and stay at the lodge. I will never recommend or return. The lack of good customer service and downright intrusion by management staff was appalling. We were made to open tabs and were given a sob story about using credit cards. The co-owner came and sat on our porch and told us to "lighten up" but would watch us like a hawk on the golf course. At each hole he would turn up at the top of a hill. The entire staff was family and none of them were pleasant to work with at meals. We would receive minimal portions even though we paid for 2 meals each day prior to arrival. Outside of meals, we were never met with smiles and it was as if we were impeding on their lives. The golf course was not "resort quality" as it appeared to be advertised, and the lodging is an old barn that was split into as many rooms as possible with seemingly no thought put into it besides trying to cram as many people into it as possible. It was also very dusty and did not have a pleasant odor. Overall the experience was not what I was expecting and the staff is very unpleasant. I would NEVER recommend to a friend or family member and encourage people to stay away from this business. read more

My girlfriend and I spent a long weekend here. We had a fabulous time. The weather was not good, as it rain often on the whole weekend, so of course was quite wet. Not much they can do about that. We found the owners to be very friendly and cooperative. They let us do whatever we felt. Great pricing, good food. There were a few large groups of people staying and playing. They all loved it there. If you're looking for a five-star restaurant lodge and golf, this is not what you want. If you want to come and have great drinks and food at a fair price comfortable lodging and an all-around nice golf course come and give it a try. read more

Sorry to say, the golf here is overpriced. The course was apparently designed by an amateur designer or the owner, and it doesn't warrant the greens fees charged. There are several holes which are almost unplayable due to serious design flaws, the par 5 4th hole is one of the worst holes I have seen on a golf course and it is followed by another on the Par 3 5th. Both were forced into the landscape. The routing is wrong for the land, the greens are spongy, slow, and I would not return here until they bulldoze the place and put a new course in...buck a hole at best, only because you MUST have a cart on the goat hill terrain. This is not a 32$ course by any stretch of the imagination, there are much better in the area. read more
