The Staff Are Awesome!!! I was in the Sharon PA area last year for a committee meeting at the nearby NLMK. Many of us who are with the AIST Cold Rolling Committee were staying at this hotel. Before my arrival, I got a phone call from Hampton telling me that the room I had booked would not be ready due to an issue with the room. They told me they would give me the best room possible and top up my Hilton Rewards Points. Please note that this hotel may be a little tricky to find when you come off the highway. Some GPS's may take you to another address. The hotel is way in the back near another hotel. Watch out for the big Pothole, if it hasn't been fixed yet. The hotel is right down the road from other hotels, restaurants, gas stations, and there is a Dunkin' Donuts about 3 minutes away. The hotel is a great property with a large meeting area near check-in. The staff were great upon my arrival and gave me a very good room. The room itself was very big and had a divider in the middle which also acts as a work area. My room very spacious, clean and new looking sink and bathroom area. When I walked into my room it had a small area with a fridge and microwave right where the door is. My room had a couch and coffee table on one side and a bed was on the other side of the room. This hotel is clean, a little dated, the gym is above average with free weights, cardio machines, a water cooler, and lots of towels. Overall another great stay at another great Hampton.

This Hampton Inn opened on 5/7/12 so everything was brand new and had that "brand new" smell. I was on a business trip so I stayed at this hotel. It was a little hard to find this place at first because it was way behind the Super 8 which was behind a gas station. The staff here were really nice and friendly. Everything was so clean and it was well lit. There was complimentary breakfast and the dining area was really nice. I don't think I've been to a Hampton Inn this nice before. The room I stayed in was very clean with a flat screen tv that can be moved. They had an ironing board and iron in the closet. The bathroom came with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and mouthwash which not many hotels I've been to had. The free wifi signal was strong in my room so that was good. Everything in my room was good from what I could tell. Great hotel to stay at with great staff!

Clean, comfortable, and priced right. This hotel is quiet...despite being so close to 80.

It was kind of fun to stay here with our child for the extended time we were here, though--kind of adventurous. It reminded me of the Soviet-era version of The Grand Budapest Hotel of the movie of the same name. The central pool area with all the artificial vegetation is fun. We had a room with a balcony looking down on the pool area. The cleaning staff (all of one person, I think) was so nice. They only stop by once a week, and never cleaned the room while we were in it, but she was kind in getting us towels and trash bags. The manager is a stressed out man but very nice. They are running this place on a shoe string. There were very few guests during our stay. A few were there on the weekend, as I think there was an event happening in town. The public space where the pool is echoes a lot into the rooms when people are in there. We had a tub oddly placed in the room, which is right next to an ungrounded outlet that is really not safety minded. The bathroom does not have a fan, so the steam is an issue. Soap dish in shower was held on with tape and caulk. It fell off during our stay and exposed mold behind it. The tub showed rust. The elevator was broken for half our stay. The pool was down for the first half of our stay, but it was repaired. The lock on the side door is broken, so anyone can enter the building at any time. The Radisson branding is limited to the signage, room numbering, and artwork in the rooms. Continental breakfast is coffee service, frozen packaged muffins, and a fruit bowl of oranges and apples. Most of the listed channels for the TV no longer have subscriptions.

I'm sorry Park Inn but it was not good…read more - Moldy potato behind A/C - Pool was supposedly open from 10-10 but they never locked it - The hotel doors don't lock - The blow dryer doesn't work - The shower head is rusty - Keycard doesn't work half the time - Not maintained well/cigars and trash tracing the perimeter of the place - Complimentary breakfast is a muffin, and a fruit - Coldest pool water I've ever touched even though had been told it was room temp

I was working in the area and stayed here, since it's the only Marriott close to Mercer. Check in…read morewas decent, but all the other employees I bumped into while there were really friendly; they either waved and said "hi" or made conversation. The property is nicely kept up and everything is in good working conditions. The bed and room were comfy, though a light bulb was blown out in my bedroom's bathroom. TV seemed to work well. Breakfast was set up and ready ahead of their 0630 time, which is nice, as 0630 is actually too late for many doing business travel; 0600 or even 0530 would be a much more appropriate time. The gym was in decent working order and clean as well. I'm happy things seemed well on this trip, as it seems I'll be back... a bunch.

The hotel was nice, but after a long day of travel we were not received well. The first thing…read morethey did was not honor a government rate and frustrated my wife who was on work travel. We are elite rewards members and have stayed at multiple Marriott hotels over the years and this one was by far the worst reception ever. My wife went down to the front desk a couple of times to try to handle the rate issue and the lady was watching tv on her phone each time. The next morning my wife was talking to the morning shift front desk worker over internet issues and she was nice. My wife told her about our rate issues and she acted like she cared which was better; however, the guy dressed up in the nearby office didn't bother to come out and try to assist with my couple of complaints. He threw his hands up when the front desk worker asked him about the wifi. Not sure what he said but the front desk worker took my number for follow up once getting their wifi fixed. Room was clean other than mold in the bathroom. Gym was decent. No working wi-fi at the hotel.

I didn't feel welcomed when I checked in. Not that the staff was rude, they just were not pleasant…read moreand seemed irritated they had to check people in. I was on the third floor near the elevator. Room was pretty big and room temperature was solid. Pillows were great, but bed sunk in and gave me major pain. A few cons to the room - There was rust/mold in the bathtub and the toilet didn't flush. Looked like the handle was broke. I reported it to the staff upon noticing the issue who then proceeded to go get me a plunger. I explained it's not stuffed; it just won't flush because the handle is broke. Her response was then we aren't going to switch you because you are checking out today. I said that's fine I'm just making you aware of this problem. The breakfast area was decent. Nothing to brag about, however I always appreciate a hot breakfast and when more is offered then just bagels, cereal, and muffins. They had sausage, omelettes, cinnamon rolls and an assortment of others. Other amenities: The ice machine was out of order. Three of the 4 treadmills in the fitness center were out of order and the swimming pool was very small in total width and only went up to 4 feet deep so couldn't even jump in or swim around so we opted to not go in after initially being excited and packing our swim suits. One last note is my room rate when I checked out on the website was $124, however after I submitted, I saw payment of $182. I looked at my order summary and saw a 19.99 non refundable charge to book plus taxes of course. I wish this amount appeared before I processed the payment because I would have looked elsewhere. That's too much to pay for one night during the work week in the city of New Castle. Overall not the worst stay, but given the price, and the fact that the hotel is only a few years old with many issues, this was an underwhelming experience. Will stay at the comfort or quality inn next time.

Let me start my review with the room has a enormous full wall size window ... with blackout blinds…read more The hallways are bright with color and lighting. It is located on a highway, so even with the air condition on, you hear tractor trailers going by the hotel. The staff were very willing to work with me as far as housekeeping ... I was working nights and needed to sleep all day. The staff uniforms were eclectic (bedroom slippers, low riding shorts, no work badges) making it sometimes difficult to identify who was staff. The lobby always had guests mingling. There is a pool. Breakfast is served in the main lobby. There isn't a restaurant in the hotel but many options within a 10 minute drive. The room had lots of lighting options, soft and firm pillows (embroidered on the pillow cases), large walk in shower, and plenty of room to put stuff. I would definitely return to this establishment.
