The pork was overcooked and dry as you will see. Prime rib was somehow very tough and not seasoned. The desserts were bland, not sure how you mess up a mini cheesecake. The bloody Mary tasted like watered down tomato juice out of a can at Walmart mixed with some cheap vodka. we were very sad that this happened and we will not return. We walked in and wasn't very clear on how to proceed, but one of the guests told us the hostess would come out. About 15 minutes after our reservation a lady came out and looked surprised to see us and asked if we could be helped. We told her our name and she's like oh yes, come this way. She's very nice. The hotel is near a highway and some rooms are very loud due to traffic sounds. Even though the hotel is usually not at capacity, they cannot change my reservation to a different room in a quieter location, stating that the system will not allow them to make this change. And for some reason, during my last 2 visits, they have given me a handicap accessible room with a lower bed. Front desk staff is also not as attentive or friendly as the previous team. The rooms are still clean and the dining room staff are incredible. But the overall service is declining and I may look into other lodging options in the area for this reason.

It was kind of fun to stay here with our child for the extended time we were here, though--kind of adventurous. It reminded me of the Soviet-era version of The Grand Budapest Hotel of the movie of the same name. The central pool area with all the artificial vegetation is fun. We had a room with a balcony looking down on the pool area. The cleaning staff (all of one person, I think) was so nice. They only stop by once a week, and never cleaned the room while we were in it, but she was kind in getting us towels and trash bags. The manager is a stressed out man but very nice. They are running this place on a shoe string. There were very few guests during our stay. A few were there on the weekend, as I think there was an event happening in town. The public space where the pool is echoes a lot into the rooms when people are in there. We had a tub oddly placed in the room, which is right next to an ungrounded outlet that is really not safety minded. The bathroom does not have a fan, so the steam is an issue. Soap dish in shower was held on with tape and caulk. It fell off during our stay and exposed mold behind it. The tub showed rust. The elevator was broken for half our stay. The pool was down for the first half of our stay, but it was repaired. The lock on the side door is broken, so anyone can enter the building at any time. The Radisson branding is limited to the signage, room numbering, and artwork in the rooms. Continental breakfast is coffee service, frozen packaged muffins, and a fruit bowl of oranges and apples. Most of the listed channels for the TV no longer have subscriptions.

In searching the internet and checking prices, Cianci's Motel popped up. The price was the first unbelievable attraction, so much so, I asked to see the room and they graciously allowed me. I said yes, immediately! The entire staff was so pleasant and made our stay such a nice experience during a most stressful time. The room was very comfortable and when we needed an even longer stay, the owner worked very hard to be sure we weren't displaced, as my husband who has some medical issues, wasn't disturbed. The hall to the room was just as cold and smelled of mildew. The room was equally disappointing. Paid for a jacuzzi tub room and the jets didnt work. The tub had rust around the over flow plate and grout was dirty and stained. Went to the pool and the water was green. I was so mad I packed us up and left after being there less than 2 hrs. Complained as I was checking out and the woman at the front desk told me I was told at check in pool was closed. I was not and told her on my paper he wrote a number for wrist bands to get in the pool. She argued with me and said that wouldn't happen and looked for my paper to prove me wrong except she saw other papers with numbers there and sure enough so did mine. Then I was told Id have to call corporate to get a refund. Called and told them this and was never refunded or compensated. I will never go back there again and I highly recommend you dont either. Its awful. The econo lodge is a nicer facility than the Radisson.
