The property is nicely kept up and everything is in good working conditions. The bed and room were comfy, though a light bulb was blown out in my bedroom's bathroom. TV seemed to work well. Breakfast was set up and ready ahead of their 0630 time, which is nice, as 0630 is actually too late for many doing business travel; 0600 or even 0530 would be a much more appropriate time. The gym was in decent working order and clean as well. I'm happy things seemed well on this trip, as it seems I'll be back... a bunch.

We are elite rewards members and have stayed at multiple Marriott hotels over the years and this one was by far the worst reception ever. My wife went down to the front desk a couple of times to try to handle the rate issue and the lady was watching tv on her phone each time. The next morning my wife was talking to the morning shift front desk worker over internet issues and she was nice. My wife told her about our rate issues and she acted like she cared which was better; however, the guy dressed up in the nearby office didn't bother to come out and try to assist with my couple of complaints. He threw his hands up when the front desk worker asked him about the wifi. Not sure what he said but the front desk worker took my number for follow up once getting their wifi fixed. Room was clean other than mold in the bathroom. Gym was decent. No working wi-fi at the hotel.

We were 9 people which occupied most of the accommodations and we were treated like we were in our own home. The rooms and the house is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We were treated to home cooked breakfast, and freshly made Amish donuts. The house is right in the middle of The Amish with horse and buggy's, fields of corn and cows and horses. We would highly recommend staying at this establishment and would definitely stay again in the future. This is definitely a find!

The parking lot was a good size and had plenty of space available. The front desk clerk was tremendously personable and was very sweet. The room was clean and spacious enough for all our needs. We appreciate the quiet hallway and the insulation that made the room easy to sleep in. The bed was very comfortable and allowed for a restful night sleep. There are plenty of outlets in the room. The only thing I will recomed for travelers is to carry a nightlight to put in the bathroom. It makes a difference to keep the room darker but also allow you to see and not get blinded by the bathroom light at night. This also limits how much you disturb others in the room. We carry 2 nightlight with us I just in case.

My first impression as I went to turn on my bright lights is why am I driving into some dark scary driveway? Marriott needs to invest in some lights and a sign at the start of the road entrance so you don't second guess your GPS. Anyway, once I finally got to the end of the dark windy driveway I saw the beautifully lit hotel. The lobby was recently redone and was very nice and modern. I had high hopes for my king suite. However, the room layout is very odd. Right when you walk in you see a couch & chair with a TV and then you have to walk through a doorway and there is the bed with a 32 inch TV. Seriously...the TV is tiny...who picked such a small TV? Anyway after my TV shock I noticed the curtains are really nice they look like they could belong in a castle. The pantings were rustic and even though they put in new carpet I couldn't get over the odd room size/decor and tiny TV. It felt like 2 different designs couldn't agree to the overall design and the modern designer lost out to the old school design. Modern Designer: Bed frame and lamps Carpet Desk Chair Old School: Yellow curtains 32 Inch TV Rustic Paintings Odd layout Closet Door They have a nice breakfast selection with the usual gym and pool with a nice whirlpool hot tub. However, the snack bar in the lobby could use a revamp as options are very limited. Will I be back? Yes, but only due to awesome service ...and of course I would want to know have the TVs been upgraded?! P.S.- The scary dark driveway has a curb on the right side that is black as in it blends in the road. Hotel should paint it bright yellow and have lights so you don't hit it late at night light we did. Seriously, there is a fire hydrant at the end of the road which you could potentially hit at night.

It was kind of fun to stay here with our child for the extended time we were here, though--kind of adventurous. It reminded me of the Soviet-era version of The Grand Budapest Hotel of the movie of the same name. The central pool area with all the artificial vegetation is fun. We had a room with a balcony looking down on the pool area. The cleaning staff (all of one person, I think) was so nice. They only stop by once a week, and never cleaned the room while we were in it, but she was kind in getting us towels and trash bags. The manager is a stressed out man but very nice. They are running this place on a shoe string. There were very few guests during our stay. A few were there on the weekend, as I think there was an event happening in town. The public space where the pool is echoes a lot into the rooms when people are in there. We had a tub oddly placed in the room, which is right next to an ungrounded outlet that is really not safety minded. The bathroom does not have a fan, so the steam is an issue. Soap dish in shower was held on with tape and caulk. It fell off during our stay and exposed mold behind it. The tub showed rust. The elevator was broken for half our stay. The pool was down for the first half of our stay, but it was repaired. The lock on the side door is broken, so anyone can enter the building at any time. The Radisson branding is limited to the signage, room numbering, and artwork in the rooms. Continental breakfast is coffee service, frozen packaged muffins, and a fruit bowl of oranges and apples. Most of the listed channels for the TV no longer have subscriptions.

The accommodations are average, but nothing less than you would expect from a Hampton Inn & Suites. I have stayed at nicer hotels, but the sole purpose for this 5 star review is the staff. The service is unmatched. The rooms are always clean. I rarely have issues. I have never once dealt with a difficult employee. The few times I've had small issues come up, they get resolved without any frustration. Specifically, Marcus is awesome. He always remembers me when I get there. He has caught and fixed issues with my reservation several times before I even noticed. When he sees that my corporate rate isn't added properly, he fixes it before I get a chance to bring it up. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure my stay is enjoyable. Every time. I forgot my wallet in my room one time and they found it and shipped it to me. I had quite a bit of cash in it and it was all there when I received it. Sounds simple, but these days it is worth noting that type of honesty and integrity. This location has set the bar so high for customer service that I get frustrated when I don't have the same experience elsewhere. Getting to engage with a team of employees that are able to consistently offer a great experience at every interaction is truly a privilege.
