Not at all shady & a very clean place. Good massages- my fiancé had a better one than me. The woman he had was a bit more thorough & thoughtful than my guy, but nevertheless I left feeling relaxed. We gave them each an $8 tip but the female masseuse wanted to get $10 as she pointed at the sign on the wall- $10 tip equals happy face. Ummm the massage was $38 and leaving $8 is over 20%. That was irritating and possibly a reason we wouldn't go back. The tipping is up to the customers & not for the employees to make a customer feel awkward about. read more

I've had several massages in and around Las VEGAS and by far this place was the worst in town. We called for an appt with massage and shampoo for $60 and they verified..people then took us to room and spent 1/2 the time going back and forth getting items then when time was up..no shampoo..45 mins of soft rubbing my arm and patting my back..this equated to$60 for one hour full body massage and they literally burned me with their stones atleast 3x because it was steaming hot and I didn't even ask for it. Then the session consisted of what seemed like an "Indian Rug Burn" style massage. This place terrible. read more

I wish I'd paid heed to the bad reviews on here, because they're extremely relatable. My friend and I called in advance to make an appointment for the couple's massage, which is advertised as 60 minutes with a foot soak and salt scrub. The woman on the phone said that they prefer cash, so we came prepared. Once we arrived, we were caught off guard by the large open area full of other people. They sat us, put washcloths over our eyes, and had us sitting there for an awkward amount of time. About half of the time there was just soaking and super generic foot rub motions (I actually feel a little raw on my shins). The other half was spent in a not so private room, receiving an incredibly rushed, sloppy, "I don't GAF" massage. Some areas/body parts were massaged on one half on my body and not the other. My friend's masseuse actually answered his phone twice. I could go on... We had intended on tipping $10 each, but it was so awful that we didn't want to tip at all. We decided on $6 each. They immediately protested, saying that $10 is the minimum. That seems pretty demanding, considering the service was $38 and it's a TIP. We went back and forth on the issue a little and she pushed me to run my credit card for the tip. I finally said, "You asked me to bring cash and I did. This is all I have." We left feeling worse than we went in, which was obviously a huge disappointment. I would definitely recommend spending a little more money to get a quality massage elsewhere. read more

Horrible place, came in with high expectations and left more hurt than before. Came here for a couples massage and they were just plain rude. First you sit down in an open setting in a big room with 4 other couples and first massage your feet, massage isn't even the right word to use. First they dip your feet onto a bucket with plastic and let it sit there. The masseuse (for lack a better term) comes over and starts massaging, once she's done she throws your feet in a bucket and asks you to HURRY up and you go to a small room. In the room with no privacy they rush you to get undressed and lay you down. Then this is where the pain starts, they "massage" by putting pressure onto your spine and all the wrong places then they don't even put oil on your back as a human, just smear it on your back like toast. Once it's all done, they make you flip over and just keep applying too much pressure onto your forearms and arms. At this point you can't even relax and hope for it all to be over soon. Then to top it all off, they smack you on your shoulders and say "okay it's done!" So rudely. Me and my girlfriend step out and don't even want to tip them because of their bad service. Stepping out the room, the 2 masseuses and the guy on the front desk surround you, hoping for a tip (they even have a sign in the front to tip with a smiley face saying "good" is $10 and so on) awkwardly I only $10 for both of us and the guy has the nerve to ask for more because it's normally $10 for each. I tel him that it was horrible and it hurt even when I told them not too hard. I left angry and disappointed, hoping that this place shuts down and get LICENSED AND CERTIFIED masseuses. Horrible experience and was hoping for a nice time with my girlfriend and left frustrated and NOT RELAXED. Don't come here and save your money for somewhere else. read more

Girl friend and I from the Bay Area looking for a late night massage place after a day of shopping and dinner. It was 11:30p and everything was closed. Master Spa is open till 2a! The place was clean and the massage guy I had was super strong, like I requested. I work in front of a computer all day and was really tight and tense in my neck and shoulders. Things didn't start off right when they didn't have a full body massage for an hour listed on their services but were quick to tell me $60. i thought "sure why not" and this place had good reviews. i asked my massage person if they would do feet included and she said yes. welps, after an hour of a lot of oil (felt like they were prepping me for a deep fry) and some hot stones (not bad but please tell me before putting them on me! ow!) time was up. no foot included which was weird considering it was a reflexology specialized place. when it came to pay, they were not happy w my tip amount of $5 and I told them i wasn't satisfied plus the lack of foot massage. dropped two more dollars and got out of there. should have stuck to my instincts and went to Happy Feet which is cheaper and do not argue with me on prices -_- read more

So they have 2 different menu (sorry price might not be accumulate but close enough) $45 Shampoo + upper body massage $38 Foot massage + upper body massage I've been to this place 3 times and I had 1 hour foot massage this time. When therapist flip me over, he asked me adding oil is $10 more!! lol (this is very common trick they do in Vegas) well..massage was good enough and I will be back in the future, but I hope they will explain well about their option or fix their website. I really wish I chose shampoo plan if I knew. I don't mind paying more as long as I can get what I want. Came here after a gruesome workout. Had the groupon for the ionic detox hot stone massage and upgraded it to include upper body massage. They offer you tea or cold water right off the bat. You are ushered into a small dark room where you relax in a comfortable oversized chair while your feet are cleaned and prep-ed. The chair turns into a massage bed if you do end up getting the full massage. It's definitely not your relaxing Swedish massage. But it was therapeutic. My back and my arms thank Jenny. There are skeptics about ionic detoxification. I am not sure if it does work either. But I know my water turned orange which means my toxins were from the joints. Ever since, I don't hear a cracking sound when I do my squats. Best part, they are open til 4 am. I will go back. read more

I heard about this place from a client so I decided to check it out...5 months later. Friendliness: 5/5 I entered and was immediately greeted by two ladies. There's no check in area so I assume no appointment is needed. I was brought to a separate room from the main room and was offered water and tea. The host then asked how I was doing and how I heard about the place. Cleanliness: 5/5 Though it was very dim, it was hard to find anything "dirty" about this place even though I wasn't looking or inspecting. I wanted to relax and relax is what I got. Service: 5/5 Best in town! Full body massage plus tip will not make you say "it was okay." This was the best massage I've ever received. Though the head rest/piece was a bit uncomfortable even with the towel on, it still is the best massage. If you're a local, ask for their "punch card". Once you get a certain amount of sessions, you get one I believe complimentary or at a discount rate...I'll have to look at it again. Ambiance: 5/5 It was very dim which was good for taking your mind off anything and forgetting your in Vegas with the spa like decor. The music was a mix of jazz and something else which was good for me. When relaxing I prefer nature sounds, but in this case I would have been knocked out with the right music and a great massage. This is good for me since I was asked to turn from my back on to my stomach for the next session. Overall experience: 5/5 When finding a great place to get a massage, this is the place. Hate to do this but I gotta warn others on this particular foot spa it was soooooo painful I had to tell the lady 3 times to stop squeezing so hard. This is not for the weak hearted and the foot massage was a foot massage plus very painful added body massages 38 dollars is a lot to pay to get hurt my low back hurts now I'm used to paying 20 for these kind of places I just thought I'd give it a try based on the good reviews but boy I was wrong I have been to better places in Las Vegas so please just skip this place unless u want back pain.... Woah that was a surprise! We walked in to a pitch black room with no service providers in sight. I was expecting a super sketchy dump of a place but was pleasantly surprised at how good the massage was. It is not the type of place that can be described as luxurious but if you need need pain relief after a weekend in stilettos this place ain't bad at all. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! This spa is so misleading. I called ahead of time before purchasing the Groupon for a group of 9. They told us to come with cash and they would give us a discount for $30. When we walked in it was an open area with multiple people getting foot massages. Absolutely no privacy! I had to leave after the foot massage because I felt so uncomfortable. My friends went to the separate room where they received their full body massages. As they walked out, the employees stopped them and said were you happy and proceeded to point at a Tip sign requesting $10. None of us felt this experience deserved a tip so we told them no thank you and attempted to leave. Three people followed us out pestering us for a tip. We eventually tipped them because they would not leave us alone and we were waiting for an Uber. read more
