Went into jackpot today for a massage as this is my go to massage venue in Vegas for years. I had an elder Chinese women who massaged me today. Massage was ok, got a hr massage for $65. Once done we were going through the closing and paying process. She asked how much tip I would leave. I told her to make it 80$ total so $15 tip which is over 20%. She scoffed and said no I need 20$. I was so taken back by her response and attitude that I told her well if my tip of over 20% isn't appreciated then I'm not leaving you any tip! She started mumbling Chinese under her breath, sighing and acting extremely rude! She proceeds to charge me $15 even after I said no tip. Once she hands me the receipt I said I told you I no longer will be tipping you. I had to go back and forth with this lady for over 20 mins to get her to adjust the total to $65. Extremely rude and unappreciative! Demanding over a specific amount for tip and started talking crazy shit in Chinese after then fact. I'll never come back again after this experience. So unfortunate read more

We had great massages here...great combination of foot and hands and neck. Massage therapists were very proficient and friendly. The price was right but it was also wrong. We tried to give a tip of 20% but were told they needed a higher tip...like 30%....so beware the advertised price was something of a lure. Still enjoyed the massage however, just beware of this. read more

We went to so many places for foot reflexology but this one so far is the best Very clean and fast check in Staff was great read more

Used to be my go to massage place. But the last time was such a poor experience, I will unfortunately never go back. After such a bad massage from the owner who talked the whole time with his associate, stopped multiple times to leave and answer the phone or the door - and then has the audacity to tell me that I didn't tip enough and waited for me to tip an amount that he felt was sufficient... that is the last of my money you will ever get. Great refreshing massage only thing I can say is the massage therapist should be on time and someone

I went here for a massage with my wife. It's one of the best massage parlors out there. The price and the service quality are excellent. The message therapist really put effort in messaging you. I will be back! read more

came with a group, but i will give my experience review only. i was given a male "masseuse" (& i use that loosely, because they are not real masseuses). he was aggressively massaging my feet and legs.. at one point it became too painful i told him to lighten up please!! he really did not. just because i have more meat on my bones, dont mean you should attack them to the point where i am in severe pain! isnt this supposed to be relaxing?!? towards the end, i felt this man in between my legs then massaging the side of my thighs. SUPER WEIRD AND UNCOMFORTABLE!! i had a towel over my face (which he put in the beginning, but i can still see). the tip part is true about what the other reviewers say. they get nasty if you dont tip almost 50% of the cost of the actual service. hours later, i have bruises all over my legs now!!!! i do NOT recommend this place. read more

wonderful and pleasant staff they did a great job. I feel great and relaxed upon departure and I also got a free tin of cookies.

Look no further. LEGIT. A+. Great prices. No tip pressure (but of course you will WANT to and should!) Ask for "mountain" (prolly not the correct way to say his name) I swear he's a healer and you will love his service. The worst part of the experience is THE END. LOL! :) So rude!! It's ok. Mom and pop shop. I'm sure they work hard. The foot bath was luke warm. A little pricey for a foot massage ($30/45min; $40/60min). The pop massaged my wife was kind of harsh. She had to tell him to go easier 3 times. Mine was literally foot only which I asked for and good. Upon payment pop gave me the evil eye when I gave $10 top for each massage. That's like 33% and 25%! They do give a nice small bottle of water at the end though. read more

Really good services！The very professional approach enabled me to relax my whole body and have a wonderful experience.

Exceedingly nice people. Prompt service. Great massage. Will be back. Came in a Friday night and was placed in a room and relaxed. They were short staffed and called additional people in to help us. Good experience. read more

The best massage I've received so far. The guy from Shanghai and the woman from Xian are both very skilled and professional. Really helped relieved a lot of my tension and tiredness. Definitely would recommend to anyone who comes to Vegas. Their price is low compared to other places, so they do expect higher tips, but I think it's totally worth it! read more

If you need to take a break from the Strip's hustle and bustle (or just need to relax), then I definitely recommend coming to Jackpot Foot Massage. One of Chinatown's hidden gems. There are a lot of foot massage businesses, but I've come to this one many times (not sure why I never left a review). I received the 60-minute foot massage for $49. If you pay with a card, there is a $2 extra service charge so if you can, bring cash. They're open from 10am to midnight daily as well. read more

Wonderful massage. My partner got a 45-minute foot massage, and I for a 60-minute combination massage. My body and feet felt very light after getting the massage. The only problem we had was they insisted we give them a 30 percent tip. We did. I thought we were generous enough to try to give them a gratuity of a little above 20 percent. But the massage rate was very cheap, so it didn't bother us much. read more

This is the best massage place I have went to in Vegas. 6 of us got foot massage after a long windy golf day in 50 degrees. We needed a massage badly and called the shop, they were able to get 6 massage technicians for us in 10 minutes. Kevin and Lili are the best of them. They are very nice and kind, good skill at deep tissue massage. When we left the shop, all our pain and tiredness were gone! read more

We were tired from a long drive and we wanted to get a massage, after some time searching on Google or yelp we found this place interesting. It looks small from the big one that next to it, but it's a good relaxing place after we tried, with a good reasonable price. We did go into the bigger one next to it to take a look but it was very expensive and funny advertising so we decided to try this one. The room is nice and clean, with soft warm nights open space. Cute little front and bathroom with interesting decoration. The man at the front desk is friendly and welcomed us with warm greetings. Later he became my masseuse, sometimes he would have to answer the phone, but he was nice enough to ensure that I will get extra time because of this. They are well trained to give a massage, they know where your pains are and would like to help you more in the pain area. I had some neck and back problems from sitting too much and long driving, they are nice to help me with that. I love the soft couch and how they worked my neck and back, it is surely relaxing and the price is very good for an hour of a good massage on your head, neck, back, and foot. I like how they use hot water to wash and warm your feet in the beginning. It was worth the try! read more

Made an appointment for 12:15am Drove there and couldn't find the damn place at night Called and asked for a landmark to help find it or some shred of navigational help for this tourist...guy was ZERO help - told me to use Yelp. After getting the app open and finding it I used a photo of the outside to guide myself there. Walked in 8 minutes later from when I called for help and was greeted with "We're closed!" when I walked in the door. I said I was the lost appointment and I was only 8 minutes later than my appointment and he knew I was struggling to find it/get there. He said he sent the therapists home (even though they're supposed to be open til 2AM) and even though he knew I was across the street and headed there. So much for the one thing I wanted to get in Vegas. Thanks Jackpot for making a really crappy week even crappier. Great customer service! (SARCASM) read more

I'm not sure why every time I go to a foot spa with my friends, I get the WORST service The guy that "massaged me" did the shi#tiest excuse for a massage. I did not get my 45 minutes I paid UPFRONT for(tip too) But my best friend, that was sitting next to me, did. This man walked away from our session 6!! times. To answer the phone and the door and lawrdt knows what else. I'm thinking he must be the owner? Ohhhh most importantly he had gloves on, who gives a massage with MF gloves on??.. Then my feet/legs started to burn and get itchy... Brrruuuh had LATEX gloves on.. WTF I don't remember being asked if I was allergic .. I will never pay upfront again . That was THE WORST (underline, underline, underline!) Zero stars. read more

The massage was adequate both times that we have visited, but the drama over tips is terrible and ruins the experience. We tipped $30 on $114 which is a 26% tip, but were literally harassed to give $20 each. The first time, we thought it might be a misunderstanding, but we went back six months later, and had the identical experience. We will never go back. There are so many other places in the neighbourhood to try. read more

loved my couples foot massage !! coming back for full body tomorrow before we fly out

amazing & so friendly! they gave both my daughter and I a massage, and she's only 5 made us feel very welcomed.

Foot massage was great but we had to wait a long time for it to start as they had to call employees to come in. The massage itself was great and I wanted to tip 20% but they insisted on more which is weird since tips are supposed to be at your discretion. read more

Jackpot has a lot going for them -- clean space, ample parking, strong masseuses, open late. I was even impressed by the measures they took to ensure COVID safety; staff wore masks at all times, asked us to sanitize our hands, and even sprayed us down with some kind of alcohol disinfectant before starting. Unfortunately, the reviews on here are spot on in terms of their tipping behaviors. I'm not a cheap tipper by any means, but when someone tries to guilt me into tipping more than what I think it appropriate, I'm just not down with that. While we were getting massaged, we heard one of the masseuses pressure another customer to tip more (which they did, hesitantly), but that had me a bit anxious about how our experience was going to go. Unsurprisingly, when I wrote in the tip on my receipt, the masseuse looked at me and said "That's it?" While my massage was good, that left an undesirable taste in my mouth. I don't know whether I'd return, but luckily massage parlors are a dime a dozen in this part of the Vegas. read more

This place is so cute. We got a 1 hour massage. $40 for an hour. Not bad. They soak your feet. And give plenty of attention to your legs and feet. Approximately 15 min each foot and leg. Then the back was last but super amazing when they have the hot rocks!! I felt so relaxed. The rocks were the perfect touch. I'd come here any day over the spas at the casinos/hotels etc. they are way over priced. I rather support a Small local business. Thank you ! I had a guy. He was super good. Really strong and got all my areas I was sore! Especially my lower back and the hot rocks were the best part too!! . Felt so good. I believe my hunny had the lady owner. She was really good! Nice place to come off the strip! Highly recommended!! For the record: this is NOT a dirty place. They are very nice hard working people just trying to make a living. read more

My parents came in town to visit, and we had several hours to kill before their flight home - decided to just stumble into the first foot massage place we found, and Jackpot happened to be the one! I was initially weary, as the place seemed a but small, and I wasn't positive they'd be able to accommodate three of us as walk-ins. There was a slight delay getting my dad's massage started, and I assume it's because they called in a staff member to come in. However once we were all started, it was pretty smooth and a good quality foot massage. I enjoyed that their foot massage also includes time on the body as well. My only issue, other than the delay waiting for another staff member for my dad, was that there were a group of customers that were walking in, so my masseuse left me to go speak to them. Though it was brief, and while I understand it's important to go acknowledge your customers walking in through the door, I was left going, "what? where'd she go?" though she did return after a minute or so. For a weekend, I would have assumed they'd be better staffed to man the front desk AND have enough masseuses to handle customers. read more

Really don't like leaving bad reviews but this was the worst massage experience I ever had. I went with my parents at the same time. I used the restroom before as my parents laid down to receive theirs. We paid for a 1 hour massage but somehow mine was over about 20 mins before the people I came in with. I heard people come in so I'm assuming they cut mine short to squeeze another person in. Just a terrible experience. I felt like no tip was necessary as I didn't even get the hour I paid for and the massage itself was below average. I would have tipped if they actually did the hour and didn't cut it short. I'll report back To see if they added tip after I wrote none. read more

We came here on a spring break, booking is easy no problem we walk in, they did the job . Im torn between saying its a good massage or not, the massage is too hard to the point you cant even relax no more and just holding breaths because its painful lol, well its a good deal for 55$ a person/ hr , they rub a hot stone for the last 15 mins which is extremely good. As we walking out we gave 20$ tip for two person and they demand 5$ more so ok. Overall its better than nothing. read more

I was out with friends and we all agreed that we needed to get reflexology treatment or foot massage. We hit the jackpot when we found this place, especially at 12 midnight. When we drove to the place, it was raining here in Vegas so it was chilly-- a bit cold. I'm telling you, those hot stones felt really great when applied, up and down, on my back. The masseuse or massage attendants did not have the smell of cigarettes. They appeared to me that they cleaned and sanitized their hands before the start of the treatment. This one I strongly recommend. Honestly, this is my first one that I'm sharing a massage and reflexology place from my A++ list. read more

It was good my masseuse did a good job. BUT then there was a situation with another customer blaming one of the masseuse that she took his watch that he couldn't find it after his massage and that there were to many people going in and out of his room.. crazy..and that he would call the police . If you ever been here their room are pretty open so it was super loud !and I couldn't relax it was annoying. I should've argued to get some of my money back but I wanted to get out of there fast! They should've handled that situation better. And I'm not sure if the man ever found his watch or if even called the police . read more
