Very relaxing and he massaged alll the tension out of my shoulders and back. He also cracked my back which was SO needed. He had very calm manner and checked to make sure the pressure was ok for me. The hot stones felt amazing! Also the foot soak and facial were great. My girl had the female masseuse and she did not enjoy it as much. The massage itself seemed to involve more of the fist pounding and not much rubbing. The masseuse left the room for 5-10 mins, more than once, with no explanation and then did not extend the massage to make up for it. She also loudly yawned several times and even took phonecalls throughout the massage! Totally messed up the zen atmosphere. It was strange and it would have been nice if another masseuse was available to take over. Also, a loud argument broke out between some other employees midway thru our massages. We could hear loud yelling from another room and at some point both our masseuses seemed to have to leave to handle it. It went on for several minutes and definitely threw off the vibe.
