The service was not good. Waited long for service and the lady who massaged me was unsatisfying because she stayed in one area for 20 minutes and kept getting out of the room. It was very frustrating that she didn't massage my back as I expected. I will not be coming back here nor would I recommend anyone to experience the poor service read more

Experience wasn't great from the start. Lady at the front desk needs to work on her manners. The quality of the massage was not great. I asked for my shoulders, arms and hands to be massaged, and they weren't touched once. She focused only on my back after being told multiple times. Very expensive and not worth the experience. At the end of the service both massage therapists that my husband and I got ran to the front of the store and started yelling at us to leave a tip lol wild experience. 0/10 read more

Worst experience ever!! These ladies are on phone and chit chat while doing our massage, and at the end tried to hustle us for more tips. Not coning back read more

Honestly one of the best massages I've had, very hospitable and offer cold water before and after. We got the deep tissue massage as a couple. My masseuse was very thorough with actual deep tissue, it didn't feel rushed. I didn't get a warning with the hot stone so just be aware, it did feel really good. Included a nice foot stretch and gentle head/neck and arms massage. I enjoy deep, harder massages overall and it was ideal for me, so bear that in mind sensitive massage enjoyers. If you're really stiff, this place will really help you relax. Only thing I didn't like being pressured into writing a review, but otherwise staff was hospitable and kind. We all got a good laugh from the noises my partner made. I would 100% come back here, highly recommend. read more

My boyfriend and I randomly went to Sakura Massage yesterday and had the best massage experience! We were able to do the massage together in the same room. There is a language barrier with the women who work there, so Google translate was our friend! The massage was deep and thorough! We added the fire cupping which was the cherry on top. The women were professional, clean, and very friendly. The prices are fair and reasonable. We recommend it and will be going back soon! read more

Best massage I've ever had. I had a lot of back pain due to my scoliosis and car accident, which was exactly what I needed. They were very thorough, and Linda, my masseuse, was so attentive that she even knew when I was cold and prepared an extra blanket for me. She knew where I was most nervous, where I had the most knots, and worked them out. The masseuse was very friendly and we even giggled together. She is very good at what she does. My sister and I get brushes and body massages, and the next time we come we'll go for cupping. Highly recommended to anyone. It's so nice. It's worth it. 10/10. It's clean, relaxing and smells good. read more

I came in with a terrible headache and my boyfriend found this place for "head treatments". I'm pretty sure what to expect, I just need to get rid of the pain and any oils and lotions the masseur uses will help me a lot. I will definitely come back and highly recommend you get this additional service. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying all of their other services. The people I interacted with were very professional and friendly. I suggest you try it. The environment is very comfortable. It was a great experience！！！！！ read more

My coworkers and I were in the area for a business trip and ended our day late; this was one of the few places that were still open and they took us in immediately. I had Rose who was very professional and fun to talk to, offering me the hot stone and CBD oil treatment. After a long day of working late I felt so relaxed and my coworkers said they were about to fall asleep. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area! read more

I was in Vegas for a short getaway. I really wanted a massage after a long flight. I found this place by another place my friend wanted to visit. We were escorted to the room. It was a simple room. There was a sheet for me to cover myself. The massage was ok. I didn't feel the guy released any of the tension on my shoulder/neck. At the end I gave $15 tip because I didn't think it was great. The lady said we charge $20 for 60mins and $30 for 90mins. In my head I said ,"ok, $15 is a bit low for 90mins." Ive decided to give $20 but they insisted we give $30. First of all $30 is over 20% tips. Giving 20% tip is for good service and over 20% is for exceptional service. We ended up giving the $30, but we left super unhappy and muscles still tense. If there is a set tip, please let your customers know before. read more

I visited Sakura for my first ever massage. I asked the receptionist for 30 min deep tissue massage on my back and also foot massage. She repeated to me 60 minute deep tissue massage and I said no, 30 minutes. She had me sign the credit card receipt which was only for the deep tissue massage (she didn't add on the foot massage) so she had to run my card twice after reminding her I said I wanted the foot massage also. The receptionist declined to tell me at the time of payment that a tip is REQUIRED. They have you pay up front so she knew then that I did not leave a tip and didn't say anything about it until I was trying to leave. If she would have let me know ahead of time that the tip was a requirement I would have just left, as a large tip wasn't in my budget and I wasn't aware that it was expected. I am new to massages and didn't know that a tip was expected for such an expensive service, let alone required. When the massage was over the lady that massaged me asked if I'll be tipping cash or card. I tried to leave and the receptionist said i had to leave a tip. I asked if I HAVE to leave a tip and she said yes. I left a small tip and they made a comment about the tip i left. I apologize for not being aware that tips are expected, but it should ABSOLUTELY be listed somewhere on this website, or even at the physical store, that the tips are a requirement. The receptionist brought me to a room and didn't say anything and closed the door. I had to get naked mid massage because I didn't know I was supposed to get undressed for it as I thought I was just getting a back and foot massage. The full body massage was a pleasant surprise, but it would have been nice to have been told beforehand that I needed to remove my clothing instead of having to get naked in front of this poor lady!! The actual massage was good. I have fibromyalgia and the lady that massaged me was willing to be gentle in my problem areas and she was aware when I was uncomfortable without me even having to say anything. The hot rock massage was amazing and really helped release some of my pain. I feel bad leaving a mediocre review since the massage was good, but I will not be returning as the tip situation made me feel very uncomfortable and I did not appreciate having to have my card run twice. I appreciate knowing for next time that a tip is expected for a massage. read more

VERY STRANGE. Got a couples massage. Was $144 gave $160 and she wasn't trying to give us any change back. My lady left the room 3 times and the other lady left twice for about 5 mins each time. When the massage ended my lady just walked out with out even saying anything. They kept leaving the door open walking in and out of the room with a camera directly outside the door. They also speak little to no English so it was very hard to communicate. And then was pressing us for a tip... Doesn't seem like a legit business at all. Something's fishy here. read more

Got a very bad masseuse here. She was going very soft and it felt like she was being lazy. Walked out of the room 3 times for a total of 10 min. I saw her staring at her phone pretty much the entire time of the massage. read more

Got a massage and I was feeling fine halfway through. Then I flipped onto my back and the masseuse had a stench of sickness. Lo and behold I start getting stuffy and here I am 2 days after with a stuffy nose. I was perfectly fine before my experience. People shouldn't come into work sick. Definitely disappointed. read more

Amy was thorough, thoughtful and kind. Clean and inviting. Recommend highly and will come back!

The lady was talking on the phone while she was massaging me. Plus, she NEVER closed the door - I was lying naked w/ a door opened the whole time. I caught her wiping her phone w one of the towels then started wiping me. I told her I just saw what she was doing. Her answer to my statement was "my phone is cleaner than these towels". That's effing gross!!! Then she said I looked more like Vietnamese not Korean cause of my eyes.... What the f does that mean? I don't think this place is for regular massage. I will leave it at that. read more

If you want a great massage, you must stop by this place! WOW. I am so glad I decided to try this place out. I had a very hard workout and my lower body was aching. I needed my muscles to be massaged out well of all the knots and tightness from my workout. I had heard about this place from a close friend. I decided to call to see if I can come in last minute and low and behold, they were very accommodating! The owners Linda and Mike are the most welcoming and comforting people ever. They were very KIND. They were able to take me without any appointment. I told Linda what I needed done, and she assured me that the massage would be good. I usually prefer a male and the man's name was Tom. HE WAS AWESOME! He was very attentive to my needs and pain of the lower body. Also I had a persistent crick in my neck that had been bothering me for weeks and I told him about this. He was able to take the knot out easily. I really appreciated that he was able to focus on the areas that needed massaging not just what they wanted to do like some other massage places. They did what I wanted in terms of specific areas of the body that were sore. The place is very clean and tidy. I had a private room with dimming lights and low serene music playing quietly in the background. The massage was very professional and comfortable. Tom was awesome and I would most definitely come back and refer this place to my friends and family who are in need of a good massage. There was never any pressure of pre payment or even a tip at the end. I usually tip 30-50% if I'm very satisfied and trust me, I HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE. I have been to many other massage places all over Las Vegas. The is a must see! THANK YOU LINDA AND MIKE! I will be back. If you happen to need a good massage experience, look no further! Ask for Tom! He is awesome! The prices are decent and the ambience is superb! They also offer refreshments. I honestly left the massage feeling relaxed and on cloud 9. The locations is very easy to find as well! Right at the corner of Spring Mountain and Decatur in the heart of China town. SAKURA MASSAGE IS THE BEST!!! read more

Really really good massage. Got the knots out of my back and legs. The place is in a small plaza and open 24 hours.

If you're muscular or present ANY difficulty for them at all, they will complain and try and use it for a larger tip. Ridiculous.

Amy was amazing! One of the best massages I've ever had. Head to toe massage. She hit all the right spots and then some. She had the right amount of pressure. I totally recommend this place! read more
