She does deep tissue / trigger point work that can be intense (sometimes uncomfortable / borderline painful), especially when she's working through stubborn knots, but if you can breathe through it, the knots will release and your back truly feels like it's healing! That said, you can absolutely ask for what you need. I personally request very deep pressure (like a level 10) from Nana because I know my body can handle it, and I want that deep release, but Nana is extremely easy to talk to and will adjust immediately if you want lighter pressure or any modifications. She listens, applies feedback in the moment, and makes you feel totally comfortable speaking up. Run, don't walk!!!!!
