Great customer service. Everyone was very nice from the front desk person & the two people giving the massages. My husband & I did a couples massage for our anniversary weekend & we both had a great massages. We added on the Chinese medical oil since I suffered from lower back pain. I don't really care for hot stone since it feels to hot for me but it felt so good on my back & feet, specially after a morning of pickleball. We'll definitely be back since they gave us a great price & had an even better experience. The facility is pretty big. They have rooms with single, double & triple tables. Facility is also clean which is nice. Definitely recommend

Before the massage, Meena asked whether I preferred soft, medium, or hard pressure. I initially chose medium, but since it was my first Thai massage, I realized I could only handle soft pressure. I let her know, and she immediately adjusted to make me comfortable. I really appreciated how attentive she was throughout the entire massage. I felt amazing and completely relaxed afterward! The receptionist was also wonderful, and the spa itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. I also had a facial with Stacey, and she was amazing! She explained everything she was going to do before starting, and you can tell she really knows what she's doing. My skin felt so refreshed, smooth, and glowing afterward! Overall, I had such a great experience. Everyone was friendly and professional, and I felt very well taken care of. 10/10 -- I would definitely recommend A Touch of Las Vegas Spa and will absolutely be coming back!

None of the pools/rooms were overly hot/cold except for the cold plunge, which I thought was nice. Snacks included small apples, dried apples, granola bites, and chocolate biscotti. They also have coffee machine, herbal tea, and flavored water machine. There is a red light mask and a pair of compression boots you can use. It's gender-specific and clothing optional. The facility was clean, well stocked, well maintained, and everything was in service. With any spa treatment, you have all day access to their amenities including a large jacuzzi, various baths, wet and dry sauna, Arctic room, showers stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, a waiting area with complimentary use of a LED mask and a leg compression machine, various snacks, fruits, and drinks including a customizable sparkling water and coffee machine, and locker access. Customer service was top notch. Everyone from the front check in desk to the ladies helping to restock towels and bathroom amenities were all professional and helpful. I opted to try their new Aescape massage which is a massage conducted by a robot. You are given workout attire to wear and once in the room, you lie down and start your self guided and customizable massage controlled by the tablet in front of you. It scans your body and shows you visually which part of the body the robot is working out. You can control the pressure, type of music, and area you want to focus on. The robot's hands are heated so it felt like a human was massaging me! I wouldn't say it's equivalent to a human masseuse but worth a try! TIP: make sure to have ride share drop you off by the Augustus Tower. Once you enter, take the elevator up to the spa floor. Unfortunately ride share will only pick you up at the coliseum valet which is on the other side of the hotel so do not order your ride share until you're closer to that location.

April was also incredible attentive and helpful with our experience. We really enjoyed the steam room, sauna and cold dip, but the massive hot tub takes the cake! Overall, it's been a mixed bag of experiences, because ultimately it depends on the masseuse, fluctuating prices, and their schedule. Overall, it's a solid facility and large enough to wear. It can accommodate all sorts of groups for a variety of different massages. There are plenty of chairs for foot massages, private rooms galore, custom shoulder massage chairs, and a serene ambiance with Chinese style furniture that helps with its overall vibe. There have been times where other patrons are talking and there have been times where the mass masseuses are the ones chatting (audibly). The back walking, deep tissue massages are the ones to get, but not every masseuse is able to do this. Some folks may complain about the lack of English, but that has never posed an issue for anyone I brought here, including myself. There are benefits to being members here, in which prices are always going to average out on the cheaper side and is an option, I would recommend for any local. If the massage was good, remember the name of the masseuse. Cash is king, even though they also accept credit cards. Tips can vary, of course, but don't let anyone bully for more than what is reasonable. (#1) __________ (#1) Typically $10-15 for an hour's worth is my rule of thumb.

When you arrive, just take the elevator up to the reception area, where you're greeted with friendly smiles and offered water. While the staff has limited English, it hasn't been an issue for me since I book my appointments with an English-speaking coordinator who lets them know what I need ahead of time. The facility itself is large and very clean, including the restrooms. The massages were absolutely wonderful, and both times I felt the extra $10 for the body scrub was well worth it. We shared a room with friends, which I didn't mind, and I made sure to set the tone early by politely asking for silence; they were very respectful of that. My only real complaint is that the massage bed squeaked throughout the session the second time around, which drove me a bit crazy. I eventually managed to tune it out and relax, but I definitely wouldn't want to hear that again. I also wish they offered tea, but that's just a minor preference. Overall, for the price, I'm very happy, just be sure to confirm the pricing ahead of time! I enjoy the 90 minutes of bliss. I request the deep pressure and it's solid.

It was easy to look over their services on their website, but to ensure my mom and I could do our massages together at the same time, I found calling them was much better. I had booked the 50-minute Prenatal Massage and my mom booked the 50-minute Thai LOAM Massage with a 50% reservation fee. We were required to show up 10 minutes before our appointments to fill out a waiver and survey, change out of our clothes, and get situated on the massage bed. We were originally going to be in separate rooms but they asked if it was okay to put us in the couples' room; not a problem. They set up my bed with the pregnancy wedge for my belly, and it was pretty comfortable. The only complaint I had was that I had a hard time breathing through the little head hole as they layered a lot of white sheets on top of the bed and made the hole smaller and stifling. I found myself having to breathe through my mouth but it was tolerable. For prenatal massages, they only offer light and medium pressure. However, in certain areas I did feel like I got deep pressure especially in my shoulders as I had a few knots and tightness there. Katie/Kathy was my masseuse and she knew exactly how to work out those kinks while still making the experience comfortable for a pregnant person. I still felt like I got deep tissue massage on my shoulders despite the prenatal massage policy of being at maximum medium pressure. My mom said she found her massage relaxing and loved her experience at LOAM. They gave us water cups at checkout and we left feeling pretty relaxed. I did have a bit of shoulder soreness for 2 days afterwards but that is to be expected for getting the incessant knots out of my back--shoutout to Katie/Kathy! Overall, I highly recommend LOAM for their prenatal massages!

I definitely needed a good massage. However, I really did not want to deal with the Strip. Driving into a hotel, searching for parking or paying for valet, then paying resort-level prices for services that may not offer much additional value? No thanks. The challenge, though, is figuring out where the locals go. Massage places are everywhere in Vegas, but which ones are actually good and legitimate? While waiting for my Tesla to finish charging, I found The Spa and Massage on Yelp. I called to ask whether they accepted walk-ins, and they said yes. Perfect. As soon as the car finished charging, I headed over. The ladies at the front were warm, friendly, and helpful. I went with the Full Body Signature Massage and added cupping and the Chinese herbal oil, both around $30 each. Ahhh... it felt so good. My massage therapist, Angel, if I remember her name correctly - did an excellent job. She immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease, then worked through the knots and tightness in my neck, shoulders, and back. She also worked on my arms, legs, head, and face, so it truly felt like a full-body treatment rather than just focusing on one or two problem areas. By the end, I felt much more relaxed, refreshed, and human again. Considering how tired and sore I was, I felt she absolutely earned the $50 tip. All in, I paid about $200 out the door, and I thought it was well worth it. I think I have officially found my go-to place for relaxation whenever I am back in Vegas. No Strip traffic, no casino parking adventure, and no overpriced hotel-spa production. Just a genuinely good massage and a much-needed reset!
